Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Virginia

Well I must say I was very excited about us getting a Marco’s in the area I use to work near forest Ave so I would eat Marco’s all the time especially when I was pregnant since the new location has arrived in the area I have recommended Marco’s to several people who has enjoyed it myself included I ordered last night and was very disappointed I placed an order for a xl all meat pizza I got it delivered my 15 year old answer the door and got the pizza from the delivery guy when I finally made my way into the kitchen I noticed it was two pizza boxes so I went to get my phone because I thought the order was wrong because I know I only order one pizza I clearly didn’t pay any attention to the sizes of the box🤦🏾‍♀️ When I opened the boxes it looked as if both pizzas had been eaten from it was half of a pizza in one box and half in another box i asked my son had he eaten from either pizza he said NO so I’m going to assume they didn’t have any xl boxes and put 6 slices of pizza in one box and 6 in the other my personally option is that was completely unacceptable I didn’t tell my son that I had an issue with the order so while I was in my room calling Marco’s he was in the kitchen eating the pizza so that’s the only reason why I didn’t complete the phone to complain but I will say even tho the pizza look terrible it...

I came in at about 6:45 to pick up an order and a young man wearing a hoody and hat greeted me and asked what I was waiting for and told me about 5-7 minutes. Which is fine. There is a young lady working there at the time of the review 4/1 & 6:45pm who has very poor customer service skills. Once the young man went somewhere to take care of something she didn’t greet any of us who were waiting and asked what/who we were waiting on as we all sat there. Once I got up to see if it was an order that I was waiting on had been ready, and confirmed it was, I tried to get her attention to inform her and she barely acknowledge me and told me to wait. In customer service, if you have 3 guests that are waiting and don’t know whose order of those people are now ready, you ask them so they don’t wait there unnecessarily. A colleague of hers stepped in and handed me the food. I’ve been here many times and this was the worst experience I’ve had and I’ve been there quite a few times. She is African american, about 5 ft tall, and she had very long braids in her hair. If I ever go there again I will...

I came in and made my order I asked the young man could he bring my order to my car and he politely said yes. He then tells his coworkers he was taking one of the employees home. I didn't have a problem with that however I realized he was gone and my order was probably ready so I called the store and nobody answered the phone the were all just walking around my question is I'm aware you would be closing soon but how about if my order was wrong you should still answer the phone and give me the option if I couldn't get a delivery I could pick it up. Well lets get to the bowl I ordered all my friends spoke so highly of this bowl well mine was a bowl of sauce and topping hardly any cheese it was a disappointment I spoke to my friend and she ordered one from the westend and it was delicious I will not retutn to this location I'll just make sure its one of the Marco's who make it right and it's sad your location is 2 miles from my house and because I'm on this keto diet I was looking for places close to me but sadly this location is not one...
