Update May 2025:
Current staff really seems to be doing a good job keeping up with the rush, and this location has very high volume rush periods. Even with the drive thru queue wrapped around the building, they don't ignore pickup orders or ones placed in the store like so many other fast food places these days.
The food is McDonald's food, pretty homogenous but it gets the calories in your belly. The staff is more competent than it has been in years, but they didn't seem as friendly. The lobby ice machines haven't worked right since before the pandemic - only the left one will give ice now and it seems to always be half melted.
Update August 2022:
This location seems to be suffering serious staffing issues. Any time the volume is high they can't seem to keep up. What few staff they have seem to exclusively focus on the drive-thru, and the lobby fills with people waiting a long time for orders and customers from the drive-thru who come in with errors in their orders.
The food quality seems to suffer in the rush too. Don't expect any special orders to be honored; you're getting it the way it's offered on the menu, so if you don't like mayonnaise don't order anything that typically comes with it. Fries are undercooked and limp too.
The staff clearly is trying but overwhelmed. They're friendly and nice. Stop by when it isn't too busy and this is still a great McDonald's experience, but keep driving by if you see a long line.
Oh, and to Morteza Aghili, why didn't you count the four tables and four large booths in the second seating area? Didn't occur to you to look around the corner?
-----2021 review----- This location had taken a very responsible approach to the Covid-19 crisis, going to takeaway only. The food is McDonald's, so you know what to expect.
The sign of a good place is how they respond to adversity, and they're keeping the food at top McDonald's levels.
Used the app for a recent order, but it wasn't showing up "on the screen" are the drive thru. Asked a manager to check and confirmed that my order was listed at this store using their own Wifi, but it still didn't show.
The manager simply asked me what my items were and gave me the order right there at the window without charge. An error with the app is not the restaurant's fault but he made it right.
I was in a hurry and didn't thank him enough for his service, but it was a great experience made out of a frustrating one with the app order not processing properly....

I went inside to eat and I literally had to share my food with determined FLIES they were everywhere behind the counter where they cook and all over my food when I sat down to eat I had to throw my food away it was crazy! I then went to the bathroom to wash my hands because of how gross it was there and there was no soap so I politely asked a McDonalds employee that was sitting down next to the bathroom that looked like she may have been off the clock. Look I work in a very high customer service hotel and regardless if your on the clock or not if you are in uniform and in that building you will tend to any guest, this women said oh ok I'm sorry I asked again ma'am do you think you could maybe show me where the soap is since you wont get soap or ask anyone to get it for me and she then got up walked to the busy working employee's and yelled someone put soap in the girls bathroom she didn't even let them know that there was someone literally standing there waiting for someone to go do that ..... I waited for 20 minuets just for soap call me crazy but I'm pregnant and a little irritable all I wanted to do was wash my hands after I had just used the bathroom so at that point I ended up walking in to the boys bathroom to wash my hands. Believe it or not THERE'S MORE!!!! So after I left I called the HR for their company and made a complaint a lady named Naomi gave me a call back and let me know that my complaint will be handled and that I had one free meal and a dessert so I came by this morning to get my meal and I was looking at the menu trying to decide what I wanted the cashier at the drive threw said hi what would you like I said just one second she waited literally a second and then asked again I figured she just didn't hear me so I repeated myself then this girl really had the nerve to say hello what do you want with a complete attitude her name was Kelly Spanish girl with blonde hair she sounded so ghetto and rude I was like completely surprised I said forget the food I don't even care I don't want to get food flies have been on anyway. Read moreI am in Uber eats driver and I always pick up deliveries from this McDonald’s this is not the first time this is happened but today when I went I was in line. Since there are two separate lines the rule is to alternate. After waiting for 20 mins it was my time to choose my line and since I don’t need to pay at the window since I’m only picking up the order I asked the person in the other line if I could go in front of him while he was paying. He said that was fine so I proceeded to the next window in order to pick up my order then while I was at that window I told him I was here to pick up an Uber eats order the manager (Daisy, Sarah, and Vilma/Bilma) told me they weren’t going to give me my order since I had cut the other man in front of me (even though I didn’t, he told me I could go in-front of him since he was paying at the window) The order had already been 20 minutes late since I was waiting in line for that time. Manager out the window kept pointing at me yelling at me and telling me that I needed to go back and wait in line again because they thought I cut the line. After explaining everything they still didn’t give me my order (keep in mind that if she had given me my order I would’ve been done with the issue in 30 seconds) I had a customer on the phone and she was listening to everything going on and she was really disappointed with their service as well. Her kids were hungry and she just really needed the food but because of the stubborn managers I wasn’t able to get them their food. Isn’t even the first time this is happened to me they always give me a hard time when I go to the window for no reason. When there’s a driver of another race they don’t say anything to them but they always start an issue with me, is it because I’m not white?
