I had an outstanding dining experience at Outback Steakhouse, largely thanks to our server, Michael. From the moment we were seated, Michael was the epitome of professionalism and warmth. He greeted us with a genuine smile and promptly took our drink orders, offering suggestions tailored to our preferences.

Throughout the meal, Michael was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always full and checking in to see if we needed anything else. He demonstrated extensive knowledge of the menu, confidently answering our questions and recommending dishes based on our tastes. His suggestion of the special steak of the day was spot-on, perfectly cooked and seasoned to our liking.

What set Michael apart was his ability to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. He brought extra napkins and sauces when he noticed we were getting hands-on with our meal. His timing was impeccable, always appearing at just the right moment.

Moreover, Michael's friendly demeanor and engaging conversation added a personal touch to our dining experience, making us feel truly valued as customers. He shared interesting facts about the restaurant's history and the preparation of our dishes, enriching our meal beyond just the taste. He recommended the Mule so we both ordered one.

To top it off, Michael's efficiency in processing our payment, giving us boxes and even a bag and ensuring we were satisfied with everything before we left left a lasting impression. It's rare to find a server who combines professionalism, knowledge, and genuine hospitality as seamlessly as Michael did.

I just left this establishment. When I arrived I was greeted pleasantly and allowed to sit at the bar. Once seated I was not addressed by the bar tender, who was notably busy, for about 5-8 minutes. I was then Told she would be with me in a minute and was asked about my drink a few minutes later. My drink came quickly and was delicious. She came back once to check on my food order but I opted not to get anything. When I was ready to check out, she was not at the bar so I requested that another lady cash me out several minutes of waiting. She was very helpful and quickly got my check and got me on my way. As I was leaving I was thanked for coming by the hostess and THEN the bartender who was missing in action chased me down and shouted ma’am ma’am you need to pay your check! I was extremely embarrassed and firmly told her that I paid the check. It was frustrating because not only was she MIA when it was time to pay the check, she didn’t even bother to look at my seat to see if there was a receipt (which I left at my bar in front my seat) or speak with the lady who was covering the bar for her. I will not be returning as her interactions with me spoiled my experience.

Updated review based on last three visits, one was for party of 15. One time reviewed bank statement & did not match receipt. Called & manager corrected, said likely got my ticket mixed up. Do call ahead seating. Think industry having issues getting people to work so not as fast service as in pre-Covid days but those who work are trying to get to everyone & manager and hostess pitch in. One time bar tender was yelling to table seated in bar area to try to help them & while nice to try to juggle, go to the table & talk to customers, then not disturbing the rest of us. I would not have liked it if I was the customer. Large groups avoid appetizers just order meal & if get appetizer tell them bring others food as it is done. Maybe leave a pitcher to refill drinks or have more than one server for table of large group. Food is same and tasty for most part. Salmon I believe is weighed but the size was so small for one of us and bigger for another and wasn't enough. Plenty of sides. Thanks for taking care of my needed food modifications in order. Prices reasonable for times though looks like lunch time is better bargain time.
