Long, please read all. Horrible experience with customer service. Food is great, love ordering from there. But the older lady who helps you when you get there to pick up has ZERO Customer rapport! EVERYTIME I've been there she starts by saying, "What did you order?" Like she had zero record of my online order. Most nights its enough to ignore, she gets my food doesn't say anything to me, no hi, hello, thank you, good bye nothing. I shake it off and head out. TONIGHT however was the worst. When I walked in she said, "What did you order?" Again and when I let her know she said "I don't have that, hold on, I'll check." I tired to tell her that I would need to add a cheese dip as well (You can't order that on line, no sweat off my back.) But in the middle of me talking she tells me to hold on, while a fellow employee walks over and hands her a cell phone and says something to her. (Clearly not work related.) then once she's done with her personal conversation she said, "What?" I repeated that I needed to add a cheese dip and chips to my order. She sighed and walked away. After much time she came back with my order, and said, "So you need to add, chips and salsa and Cheese Dip?" I said, "Just the chips and cheese dip." But then asked her how much it would be for the salsa as well. She explained to me the difference, and I went with all three. I paid her for the remaining items, (I paid online for the other.) and left with my food. When we got home, my roommate told me that was not cheese dip, It was like a ranch dressing, so we called and told (someone else) that it wasn't cheese dip. She said, "Come in and we can give you a cheese dip." So we finished eating and then went back. I stayed in the car and my roommate went in, and the lady proceeded to tell her that I ordered "White sauce" and not cheese dip. She refused to give her the cheese dip, and said it was our issue. THE ISSUE IS NOT THE CHEESE DIP. It's the fact that this lady is RUDE and does not deal with people well. Its the principal of the fact that she said to me TWICE in the restaurant when I was in there, "Cheese dip." She is the one who scooped the dip out for us, and she clearly made a mistake and didn't want to fess up to it. Being someone who worked in customer service for YEARS as a starbucks manager, I'm not sure why after making the EXTRA trip over to replace the dip as we were asked to when we called, this company couldn't just do the right thing and replace it for us. It's disappointing and they will no longer be receiving our business. If you order online or by phone and have to deal with this woman, I hope she has a little more Customer service...
Read moreFirst let me state this place has great food and I thought it gave good portions. But after my lunch, I have to differ from that. We received a lunch menu and on that menu was lunch polo. So I ordered it. Well what I received was half or less chicken than the picture show, slice 3 chicken nuggets up from McDonald's and that was about what I received. I asked for the manager and the waiter walked off. Back comes a guy who asks you wanted to talk to a manager? I asked are you the manager, he replied no the manager isn't here, what do i need. I asked for a number so I can talk to the manager. He just kept wanting to know the issue. I told him about the portions and was told it's 4oz. I don't care about what you claim it is, it looks nothing like the picture. He walks off after I repeat I want the number so I can call later and speak to the manager. Now after waiting 10 minutes I ask again. 5 minutes later a woman walks up and I have to repeat the whole thing. She tells me No when I ask for the managers number and keeps stating he's not here and will be here tomorrow.. ok I understand that. I want his number so I can talk to him... No she again states and walks off. I ask our waiter again for the number. So far I have been lied too 2 times. Now a guy walks up from the kitchen and asks if he can help me. I reply I want the number to the manager... I am the manager he states, 3rd lie I was told he wasn't here. So I ask are you the manager. Yes, replied, I am the owner. 4th lie, from the first 3. I try to explain when I see a picture of what I am ordering it should look like it. Oh no it doesn't have to was his reply. I like yes it does, it's false advertisement. He can't understand I just want to point out how I felt about the portion. He goes on to say I just want a refund. I do not I just want you to know I am not happy with the portion since it was so little (I left still hungry). He argues I just want a refund and never listens to the issue. I left ticked off because he wouldn't listen and add on being lied to 4 times. That isn't how you run a restaurant or any business. Read moreHave been going here for years, but I will tell you after this visit I will not be going back here again, and I can see why other people are not as well by the looks of many comments. This was the first time I have been since the renovation and I will say it does look great on the inside, but I was meeting friends for dinner and they just put us in some back corner and then they but two other groups of people in the back with us as well in other booths. My friends had been waiting for a couple of minutes for me and they had gotten their drinks, and I had to wait at least 5-10 minutes for me to get my drink. Then we waited about 30 minutes for someone to take our order, but a group who had gotten there right after we did just got up and walked out because they were waiting just like we were. My friends and I hate complaining and thought maybe everyone was having just an off day, but it went downhill from there. So we finally took our order but the person who took our order obviously did not want to be there, and then we had several people come up to us throughout the meal. They got our orders wrong, but in the other side of the restaurant where it was more open seemed to be doing great but we were in the section over where the bar was and it was terrible. The server ended up not charging us for drinks, I guess either by mistake or just being courteous to the service, so we waited for boxes then we had to wait on our check for another 10 minutes and we were in a rush to go to a movie, but we chose this placing knowing it had been good in the past and they are usually super fast, but no it has all changed, and I have no idea what happened. Then we went to go pay for our food and I told the lady at the front they he did not charge us drinks, so she ended up charging us drinks, so the guy ended up not getting a tip. We all were so frustrated by the service and everyone seemed like they either did not want to be there or were just rude. I have had bad service before and I still gave a tip, but this is the worst service I have ever gotten and that's saying alot for me not...
