2/3/24: I am a resident of the building where this Paisanos is located. I was walking my dogs and the delivery driver driving this car comes flying in. I had to pull my dogs back because this guy came ridiculously close to hitting all three of us. Of course the arm has been broken off for weeks so that didn't deter him from speeding. I think the speed bump was the only thing that helped. After that, he recklessly sped around in the parking garage and swerved into a parking space. When he got out of his car, I told him he could have really hurt someone driving like that and he is not allowed to drive like that in our parking garage. His response was "But I didn't hit you, did I?" then gave me the two finger salute before walking inside like it was no big deal. I tried to do the right thing by talking to the manager on duty about it, but she didn't do anything. She let him come in and argue with me. He admitted he drove recklessly, but said he did nothing wrong because he didn't hit me. Then he taunted me, saying I'm just scared of him. If I was, I wouldn't have gone down there by myself. He clearly wasn't sorry at all and doesn't seem like he's going to change. I left because the manager did not attempt to resolve the situation and the driver just wanted to taunt me.
Instead of working, they're typically just smoking pot in the garage. I never said anything before because I figured that's on their management to handle it and they technically weren't hurting anyone. This time was a little different. The reckless driving can result in someone getting hurt. The lack of remorse or accountability means it's only a matter of time before something worse happens. Paisanos...start being accountable and do something about your reckless employees. I'll go ahead and report this wherever else is necessary.
Update 2/19/24: Today, the manager from Paisanos called and informed me he let go of the driver, so he no longer works at this location. I appreciate the action taken to make...
Read moreThis place has really gone downhill. I used to order from Paisano's all the time, and the quality and service was always top notch, but it will be a very long time before I even consider ordering from here again. The last four times I've ordered, the food has arrived between 45 minutes to 2 hours late, and twice, they've left things I paid for off of my order.
On my last order, for which I paid over $60 for 2 pizzas and an order of garlic knots, I had to call after the food was half an hour late to check on it, and it finally showed up 45 minutes after the promised delivery time. I was prepared for this however, since on my previous 3 orders I've had to call multiple times to check where my delivery was. On one particularly bad ordering experience (for which I again spent over $60) I had to wait 2 hours past the promised delivery time for my food to show up, and the delivery person didn't call to let me know that they had FINALLY dropped it off. I had to call for the 4th time to check where my order was only to find out that it had already been dropped off. To top it off, there were multiple items left off the order! The owner tried to make things right by offering me a 30% discount for the next time I ordered, but when I ordered again, he only gave me a 20% discount and it showed up over an hour late. I should have learned my lesson and not ordered from Paisanos again, but I realize times are tough, and I like to support local businesses - plus their pizza is pretty good!
This last time was it for me though. In anticipating the poor service I'd be receiving from Paisano's (and to balance out previous bad service), I left a less generous tip than I usually do, and the owner had the nerve to call me back and question my tip after his business had just dropped off my order 45 minutes late! Paisano's was lucky to even still have me as a customer by that point. ...
Read moreOn my way to the hotel, I called this Paisanos (since it was the closest) and placed an order for a large pie. Mind you it was pouring that day and some roads were flooded. It was practically a ghost town, no one was outside. I had wanted to just run in and get my pizza. Well, when I arrived, the three men behind the counter had no idea that I made an order. They kept looking at each other and saying, “I never spoke to her. She never called in.” Then they had the audacity to say that I lied about calling in an order but they would give me a discount for the trouble. They charged me for a small pie though they would make sure that I got a large. (I let them go on with their theatrics like I couldn’t prove on my phone that I did, which I did do after getting my pizza. They were then apologetic but it was too late. They already soured my experience. If my kids weren’t hungry and it wasn’t raining so hard I’d have went somewhere else.) It took less than 10 minutes for them to give me a pie and guess what? It was definitely a small. And not the large they claimed they were going to give me. I didn’t even complain. Not only did I get bad service, but I also got bad food. My kids didn’t like and none of us ate a second slice. Would...
