I’ve had bad to meh experiences at this Panera before but this time I decided to actually write a bad review. There were two cash registers open one for The bakery and one for lunch/food orders... seems simple enough right? That’s the way every other store ive been in works. I was WAY wrong. I had stood in the lunch/food line And waited for my turn to order. Before I could move a step the cashier rudely mumbled while pointing to the other line. As another customer “cut” me to order, I got what the Cashier was saying. One line for the two registers. So I had cut infront of a customer unknowingly. Sure if I had meant to cut the whole line I’d be rude to me too! Haha but I had assumed two lines for two registers. I for sure had no intention of cutting the line, if someone would have told me right as I “cut” the line or there was signage saying “line starts here” I would have happily went to the correct line. Back to my experience, at this point other customers has lined up behind me as well (no one stated their specific line policy to any of them either) Once my turn to order I had asked the cashier what she had said to me since I did not understand and she rudely said “it’s fine” and just pointed to the other line. I had to ask again, still just a rude response with not much of an answer, but okay, I got the point. So I did not rip when prompted while paying. Harsh I know, but I wasn’t tipping someone being rude to me. Not for a sandwich anyways. While waiting for my food The bad experience just kept going. I saw a couple of nats circling the food waiting to be whisked away by hungry customers and the food I received was below par as well. Not worth $9 for sure. tough and clearly old flatbread was the worst part. Maybe I’m being too harsh on my food because the whole Panera experience started off on the wrong foot or maybe this location really is awful. Or maybe I’m in the wrong! But never meant to be a line cutter! Haha Either way I won’t be visiting any Panera anytime soon. For the price I paid for an old sanwhich I could’ve gotten three burritos and two chalupas at Taco Bell! 😂...
Read moreFood quality is decent, but most delivery orders arrive late and/or missing an item. Entrees are usually correct, but you might find yourself delivered an empty cup that was clearly meant for coffee or an upcharged side replaced with one of the free options. Calling to correct the issue is typically not worth it, as it takes a long time to reach anyone and will likely go unresolved. Feel free to roll the dice, but if you order here, maybe keep it simple and stick to the staples.
Never had a problem with dining in person, and the staff is always friendly and the restaurant clean.
Edit: since originally posting this, the delivery quality has been getting better. I haven't had a missing item in months. If they keep this going, I'll edit the full review to reflect these new standards. Keep it up, Panera crew!
Edit again: the quality and efficiency has just gone up and up over the past few months. This location has become an absolute staple for...
Read moreI am totally disappointed with this location. I always order from panera. But this recent order was not commendable at all. I ordered breakfast bagels to be cut and heated for pick-up and they were not even ready when I came after 30 mins after ordering through the app, even though the app said they were ready much earlier. Beware, never trust the app when they said your order is ready. You'll eventually still wait at least 10-15 more minutes. The issue was they wanted me to wait for another 30 more minutes to just wait for them to cut and heat the bagels. A total of 1 hr for bagels to be cut and heated. I am not asking you to put the cream cheese on the bagels and make them look presentable. That is just not acceptable. Don't finish new orders and then serve them first while the people who ordered much earlier are still waiting and are served later. Just doesn't make sense at all. Please make sure you have enough staff to...
