BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT: A terrible pizza place that prides themselves in low quality food and customer service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I used to frequent this store a lot when they first opened, and they were great. But something has changed in the last 2 years. We stopped getting it as frequently as the quality had decreased.

I decided to give them another shot though recently. I ordered 2 pizzas with their 2 many Mondays deal. I paid extra for the garlic sauce, and my one large pizza still somehow ended up around $24. Oh well, I thought and went on with the order. The driver shows up and I'm paying with cash, and when I try to get change, he says he has none. This is unheard of to have a pizza delivery driver to not carry change, and almost assuredly to get a bigger tip. So I bring the pizzas in and the quality is terrible, and the crust is about twice as thick as it should be - a total skimping of ingredients. Also, neither pizza had the garlic dipping sauce I paid extra for.

I call them up afterwards to complain, and let them know the quality was abysmal, and never received the garlic sauce. HERE IS THE KICKER: the guy on the phone tells me that because I ordered the 2 many Monday's deal, the quality is PURPOSELY not as good. And that they were directed by corporate to not make any specials like that as good as their regular pizza. Make absolutely no sense, and such an obvious lie.

Oh and to top it off, I mysteriously got a canceled ordered email an hour after it was delivered. I assume the delivery driver just marked it as canceled so he could pocket all of the cash.

POOR QUALITY. POOR AND UNETHICAL...

I ordered delivery, a pepperoni pizza, wings, a shrimp basket and fish sandwich. The pizza was good. The wings were mediocre and the shrimp basket and fish sandwich were over cooked and salty. The main issue was my food was left on the ground outside of my garage. The doorbell was never rang and I was never called or alerted at all about the delivery. I kept checking the tracking and saw it was delivered to find it on the ground outside for who knows how long. I called the location twice to express my concerns especially when I pre tipped. The first time I was put on hold for 5 minutes so I hung up. The second time, I was told a manager would return my call in 10-15 minutes which never happened. In the past things have been much better, this was a true disappointment and never rectified. I don’t know if they have new management but I won’t be...

Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this restaurant. The food is bland at best , their slogan "fresh never frozen" is far from true (we didn't expect top tier but decent food would have been nice), the owner / manager is rude and unprofessional.

I called to let them know that my burger bun was stale / inedible the lady who answered the phone told me to call her back in 5 minutes so she could talk with the manager, i let her know I would not be calling back as I already let her know my concern and the manager could call me back. He calls and says uhhh you call pizza bolts with a question I said no I called to let you know my burger is not edible because the bun is stale. He proceeds to argue with me the extra mayo makes the sandwich stale. Now waiting another 40 minutes to have my burger replacement delivered .
