Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Virginia

I placed an order at 7pm, at 8:45 after checking the tracking feature on my phone an see my food was not scheduled to be delivered for another 185 mintues. I called the location and told the guy I would pick up my food as he said it would be ready in ten minutes and I live 2 mins from thus location. I arrived to this location 8 mins later. I walked into what appered to be an empty store "not one" person in sight. The store was an absolute Wreak!!! There was pizza sauce all over the floor, a sink full of dirty dishes. After working in the restaurant industry for years I could see grills were coveted with old grease. ABSOLUTELY disgusting! Thus was the first time I ever physically went to the location and Im glad I did I will NEVER order from here again and suggest no one who cares about their health does either. Just as I was about to leave after stsnding at an empty counter for a least three minutes I here a voice yell "here I come". Out sufaces a dishouvled man I tell him I just called to pick up my order. He reaches into a warmer full of orders and pulls out my food opens the box where I could see the black dirt caked under all of his finger nails and shows me food that wasent even supposed to be done, yet it was cold and obviously old. I informed this tall skinny curly hair ungroomed man that I did not want this food and left. My card was charged for food I didn't not receive and bluntly told this person I did not want. I will be see the manager of this establishment first thing in the morning!! This place is Awful and needs a visit from the health department. I'm glad I took a trip to see where I have been ordering from and what kind of people are...

This location is the WORST. Clearly it shows that they open at 10AM so I wait until shortly after they open to place an online order.. The store calls me back within 10 mins to state that they aren't open ( Although you and the people I hear in the background are calling from the store) and wont be open until 10:30am. OK no problem I think she is calling to tell me the delivery will be later than mentioned... NO she calls to tell me that they are cancelling my order and I have to redo it again after they "open" plus they don't have a driver at the moment and don't know when they will. UM OK so I try the order again online but the coupon I used to place the first order now shows as redeemed so it cant be used again. I call back to explain and she tells me to call customer service for online orders.. The number she provides isn't valid. I call a few more stores to get a good number and each pizza hut states there is no such customer service number for online orders so did she just tell me nonsense or what. So not only do I not have any pizza, my time is wasted, and my coupon is gone . THANKS! THIS STORE STINKS AND LACKS PROPER MANAGEMENT OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WISH I COULD GIVE...

Worst place to order from. Though the deal was good 50% off it dose NOT EXCUSE WHAT WE GO THROUGH EVERYTIME WE PLACE AN ORDER!!! We Waited 2 hours on them to give me the correct pizza. And still went home with the wrong one. Reminder this was carry out. Guy was yelling and throwing things other workers where just lost in everything . They really need to get someone in there to get things in order. This is not a one time thing this is all the time when we or my family orders. Really bad service! While pulling in one of the drivers where pulling out and almost hit us. This place is in the middle of apartments god for bid if that was a child walking. When we had them bring our pizza to a childs birthday party we gave the guy $20 tip in cash right after paying $150 for pizza and he was super rude about it said we where cheap and that we could have given him more. It was 10 pizzas 10 mins up the road from the store wow. We asked for the tip back if he did not want it and he walked away calling us names in front of young children! I mean YOU ALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER OR CLOSE THOS ONE DOWN. IT IS THE WORST COSTUMER...
