Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

I thought it was "have it your way at Subway!" Well not here! You got someone young dark-skinned girl in there telling you when you can order stuff to put on your sub. I ordered avocado on my sub and wanted it on top of my veggies as last time it was put on my bread and made the bread soggie. This little girl tells me next time I need to ask for it before I put everything else on my sandwich. EXCUSE ME? you're really going to tell a customer who eats here A LOT, when and where they can have avocado on their sub?Then I paid while my sub was in the toaster with an Asian lady and after my sub was made the same young girl asked me anything else I wanted and wanted me to pay again. We argued back and forth about me paying for my food when I ALREADY DID! Not to mention everytime I come in here the same young girl is always yelling across the store talking to customers and leaned across the counter at male customers and when a female walks up she's nasty to them. I will no longer support this independent chain.

If a manager sees this, you really need to get your staff retrained for customer service. I was a Subway manager for 4 years and I've never seen...

The Indian guy and Arab lady wearing hijab needs to be respectful to their customer. I dont know if they have had a bad day or just have had a tiring day but never take it on your customers. The incident happen today Oct 29 at around 6 pm. As i entered the storei asked the indian guy if they have any idea about the BOGO deal on the app and he started talkin over me then i was like ok if you dont have or do not honor it ill just order. I told him that i want the wheat bread then he starts shouting what meat i said "im gonna have," then cut me off and talked over me in a loud manner saying "WHAT MEAT?" thats when i felt pissed and told him in an overtoned manner "THATS WHAT IM GONNA SAY I WANT THE 5 MEAT ITALIAN YOU KEEP CUTTING ME OFF!" then the lady in hijab putting the veggies and sauce was also not nice. Then after all ive ordered the indian guy if i want a cookie i said yes the macadamia and the one below it, he picked up a wrong one, i told him not that one the one below the macadamia and he slammed the cover for the cookies. I recently brought in a coupon for a footling for $6.99. I only asked for a turkey and cheese after being told about all the excluded sandwiches. I am not joking when I say the owner only put on 6 super thin slices of turkey. It barely covered the bread and was like the packed turkey you buy at Walmart in the presliced packaging. They had a sign on the door saying they slice the meat fresh. NOPE. Then he only put on 3 triangles of cheese I was shocked and asked for more. It didn't even cover the bread in one thin slice. That guy is soooooo cheap. I've been there before, but I will never go to that location again. The only reason I gave 2 stars in because the bread was fresh and the lettuce and tomato seemed fine.
