Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Virginia

I am a T-mobile customer and I had a promotion by T-mobile Tuesday which is definite an agreement between T-mobile and the Popeye chicken. I visited this store and showed the cashier a T-mobile Tuesday deal. The cashier Miss Kathy asked the manager Miss Marlaney. After some time I realized that they did not have information about it but they did not tell me about it and told me to redeem your promotion. When I redeemed and showed them the code and I don't know what they did but they wasted my code. I was with my family and we had five different phone lines and everyone had their own promotion code and the manager redeemed all our codes one by one without giving us any discount. At the end before paying when I asked about my discount, they refused. She realized that she messed with the promotional codes and then she started misbehaving and being rude. The cashier Miss Kathy and Manager Miss Marlaney were so unprofessional and disrespectful that I told Miss Marlaney that you are a manager and you shouldn't act like that. Miss Marlaney started murmuring in the Spanish language and started cursing me in Spanish, which is totally against the customer services and comes into discrimination category. When I asked her identity, the Manager refused to give me her name. I am surprised that if the manager's attitude is like that then how they are running the business and how they are providing good customer services. This place really falls short in service and food quality. Constantly forgetting/miscalculating sauce in the bag, Confusing orders between customers, forgetting items, food being cold within 10 minutes of RECEIVING and general lack of timeliness to complete orders.. Today I waited on a mobile pick up order for about 15 minutes after ARRIVING at the restaurant so a total lapse of 30 minutes since ordering to receive food even though I ordered ahead of time.. Then when I receive the food and check the bag on the spot I catch them red handed forgetting sauce that they constantly charge people extra for.. I had a 5 piece blackended tenders (minus the blackened because they skimped on the seasoning and those tenders were basically whitened) and 2 6 piece wings with only 2 regular ranches in the bag. When I ask for my 2 blackened ranches she questioned the truthfulness. She ended up just grabbing 1 blackened ranch for me. I told her again I need 2, then reads my receipt. This agitated me as they already CONSTANTLY mess up orders and still earn money while they get orders wrong everyday. This location in particular really sucks.. This is the second time I frequented this popeyes and the service is increasingly HORRIBLE. I placed my order on the app and waited 15 minutes before going to pick up the order. The place was empty of customers and the employees were all doing something else besides manning the registers. After a few minutes, the young man working at the window came over to ask if he could help me. I told him I was picking up my order. He picked the receipt up off the counter and proceeded to call my order to someone in the back--what's the point of ordering ahead--anyway, I step back to wait on my order. He gets a call at the window so he abandons preparing meal. Another couple of minutes another young woman picks up the receipt and continues preparing my meal. Still waiting for some items in the back. The shift manager then walks by and they exchange words. Not once did she ask if I was being helped, or if she could do anything. Finally all my items are ready--it wasn't a big order--the young woman, bags the items, twirls the bag and place it on the counter, without saying anything, she turns and walks away.

Do not go to this popeyes. There are several others in the area, but this one has horrible customer service. I'd rather eat from "that popeyes" in DC than be mistreated and disrespected at the...
