   Read moreBy far the worst experience here. Between "Mr. Sharma" and the woman here, I'm not sure which one was more outrageous. For starters, I was very specific about what I was looking for when i walked in. Mr. Sharma automatically took me to the opposite of what I wanted because it was "in my price range and more affordable." The crazy part is he assumed what my price range was and assumed I wanted a cheap mattress just from looking at me-he never bothered asking. Textbook racial profiling. I walked around on my own and they harassed me nonstop to show me "cheaper" mattresses in the back room. When I was adament that those wouldn't fit my needs I told them I'd like info on a mattress I'd found out front. Mr. Sharma told me one price and the woman immediately vetoed that price and said she'd give me a better deal if I took it right now. I told them a mattress wouldn't fit in my car and Mr. Sharma said he'd put it on my roof. I said no I'd call for my truck and Mr. Sharma got hostile about buying it now. At this point I was completely turned off and just wanted out of there. I told them if they couldn't wait for the truck then I didn't want the mattress. Mr. Sharma then told me to leave out of the back door. I begged his pardon and he said leave out of the back door. The woman then jumped in and said that since I didn't buy anything he was asking me to leave out of the back door because the owner monitors the cameras out front and would see that I didn't buy anything. I told them I would be leaving out of the door I came in and left out of the front door. I came back today to discuss exchanges with the manager Amjad, which is why Iâm lowering it to one star. Basically, I was asking questions about the exchange policy. However there is company policy that I canât exchange for a different mattress and get the same deal. Fair. However, the more questions I asked, he began to lose his patience. He became aggressive and started yelling at me and said some pretty ridiculous things. âat your young age you shouldnât be asking this many questions, you should respect your eldersâ. The amount of disrespect it takes to say that to your customer baffles me. Heâs unprofessional, rude and doesnât know how to deal with customers. He kept on bringing up my age, as if it invalidated everything I had to say, it was weird. Clearly he has issues, especially with his anger, and he is not fit to be a manager. Zarina is more deserving of the manager position, and Amjad is more deserving of a demotion so he can work on his customer experience skills and anger management issues.
