The Vault Jewelry and Loans — Local services in Manassas

I just walked out of this pawn shop “The Vault” done business here 20x everytime “Chapine” acts like he got something up his behind and is rude. I was there for a few minutes got a price was okay with it then started picking out my items (took 2 hours picking) finally decided to get a lot of (120) Washington 25c Quarters and was told one price, once we got to the counter I guess the new guy made a mistake and was off by 50% witch was okay. But then I was told $8 by the other guy that looks like Lord Farquhad from shrek. Then “Chapine” the manager I’m assuming came in and added another 50cents per item on 120 lot purchase which made the price go up significantly. So we started at $3 I wasted 2 hours picking out my items assuming one price. Then to be told a 2nd price and then again a 3rd price and none of those 1st and 2nd offers being respected. I was okay with 1 mistake but to price bid again and again they should just be happy they didn’t sell them at 3$ each for them to be a tight wad and not respect that $8 price point and keep bidding me up after wasting 2 hours of my time. No respect for me being the customer and I was very respectful about the first mistake and the guy being new but no respect for my time and money. This pawn shop has no respect for customers. Do not come in. The new guy was great tho. I had no problem with his first mistake I understood I was getting a great deal. I had a problem with the second guy guy chiming in and saying $8 and then the manager bidding me up 50c more per item on 120 items. These managers dealt with this in such a awful way. Do not come in here...

Horrible experience. Store is very cluttered with no real care of item placement. I went to look at a firearm with every intention of purchasing it, and when I asked to look at a $500 rifle I was promptly told I was unable to purchase it. I'm 22 and a very avid 2nd amendment supporter. They said their "store policy is 25. Their store policy does NOT trump the FEDERAL age of 18. That is discrimination of age and I will 100% never give them my business and will never reccomend. I am an active duty in the air force and take this as extremely disrespectful. Extremely disappointed with no only the service but the treatment of the staff. I'm shocked that they dont have a lawsuit...

The Vault in Manassas is by far my favorite jewelry store. Every time I visit, they (all the staff ) are extremely helpful with all of my questions and are always honest and reasonable with their pricing, especially when I’m selling my jewelry. I truly appreciate how fair they are compared to other places I’ve been.

I have to give a special shoutout to Israel! He is very knowledgeable, patient, and always makes me feel welcome. His warm and friendly personality makes every visit a great experience. If you’re looking to buy, sell, or just get professional advice, The Vault is definitely the place to go.
