Five Guys — Restaurant in Manassas

Ok imma start off with the food. Burger was the same great taste and everything, fries were cold in the middle and very soggy. some of them completely cold.

the service was just…wow. so me and my family were coming from a park with no bathrooms and were hungry. we had to go pretty badly so we went straight to the bathrooms to find the keypad. i go up to the counter:

me: “excuse me, could i-“ (i was cut off) employee: pick up or placing an order? me: “I wanted to use the bathroom…” employee: “are you picking up?!” He sounded very bitter and rude, im a teenage girl, dude- like what is your deal? 🤣 me: “no but i am placing an order” he barely let me finish and said “4002” or something like that. i was confused and asked “excuse me” and he repeated himself louder and annoyed.

i proceeded to walk away angry about the way he acted. i have never had an employee be upset at five guys, i feel their employees are lively. after we went, my dad comes in to use the bathroom saying that the same guy asked him the same thing and were also rude to him as well. i went to go order and placed my order with my usual happy attitude despite that rude employee. i was a bit anxious because of his attitude due to many stories about how employees sometimes do something to the food when angry. i kept an eye on what was happening just to be sure. we left and my dad was suspecting racism given they were almost all white and giving him weird-ish looks as soon as he came in. i wasn’t sure and don’t want to come to that conclusion.

Wow I wish there’s an option for no star. So, my 4year old son was press, he wanted to used the bathroom. We stop by at five guy because that was the closest to where we were. Their bathroom had a lock on so, I asked if my son could used their bathroom and the lady at the front refused unless we buy food. Because apparently their bathroom is for customers only. Now, whether or not I am buying, you’re going to deny a toddler from using a bathroom. Anyway, we had to walk down to Burger King and they also had their bathroom locked. But, here is the difference between people. When I asked to used their bathroom, without any hesitation, the lady at the front stated sure and unlocked the door. That was how my son was able to used the bathroom. People can be selfish for no reason. Before you say no to a toddler using a bathroom. Think about your own kid, would you be ok with someone saying no to your kid if they’re press and wants to use the...

Have been here a few times. The food has always been good and service very friendly.

I like that they do not use canola or vegetable oils to cook with. Instead cold pressed peanut oil is what it’s being used. Perhaps why prices are on the higher side for a burger.

I was told they do not add any salt to the hamburger patties.

There are no Combos. You pay for things separately. Hamburger, fries, drinks. They have milkshakes which are delicious.

A hamburger is about $10.50 and with cheese $11.50

The kids hamburgers are called “little” but they are a decent size. Those are like $6-8

Restroom have been clean every time I’ve been here. You do need to ask for a code to use the restroom.

No pup Pattie’s on the menu. But you can definitely ask to take a patty to take home for your dog.
