Raise the Roost — Restaurant in Virginia

I came here to pick up an online order. Showed my order to a team member in kitchen. He told it will be 10 minutes wait. I waited inside the dine hall. He was not sure about the order and went outside to ask his co-workers about the order. After 10 minutes of wait I again asked about the order and again I was told it will be another 15,20 minutes. And then I talked with manager on duty about the issue for long wait. At the mean time a team member named (KK ) by the manager jumped in between us and keep on arguing with me saying I'm doing your order, it takes time, we don't have that product, i tried to contact you and so on. After spending 35,40 minutes she told me they don't have buns for the sandwich. Finally got my order after 45,50 minutes of wait.Manager on duty she was so calm and apologize but the team members who was arguing with me needs more training how to behave with costumer and how to handle with costumer in their mistakes. franchise stores have way better costumer service than this brand new corporate store. First encounter with Roost was otw to Chicago for a wedding last year. Bought an egg, sausage, and cheese burrito with some chicken tenders. Hababero, Sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Since I didn't expect much from a food item inside 7/11, especially at 7am in a cold foggy morning, I was surprised at the taste and quality! And for the then pricing it was a great deal! Now there's one near me so I have to try to see if it was a one time wonder. To my surprise the chicken and fish were good. Definitely better than the fat messes from Popeyes, or the soggy pieces from KFC. The fish fillets may break too easily after being in a box for a while though. The place looks clean (probably since it's new). It has an upscale feel. The staff crew was professional and socially. No hotdog buns when I was there! No, not just new, this is New Generation 7-Eleven, should be called 7-Eleven Plus or 7-11 Elevated!! This new place rocks all around! Doesn't smell like cleaning agents, smells like great food way beyond toasty taquitos and hot dogs rolling under a heat lamp lol! Got some real New York style pizza and real Chicken!
