His dedication and expertise have not only improved my physical well-being but also reignited my motivation to prioritize regular exercise.

What truly sets Gabe apart is his ability to tailor workouts to my individual needs and capabilities. He masterfully balances pushing me to my limits – ensuring I'm challenged and seeing results – while always remaining attentive to my physical boundaries. Even during those intensely challenging sessions where he knows I'm approaching my maximum weight capacity, he maintains a supportive and encouraging presence. The hour I spend with him is always incredibly effective, and although the sessions represent a significant investment, the return on that investment in my health is immeasurable.

Beyond Gabe's exceptional training, I've consistently been impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by the entire One Life Fitness Manassas team. Sam, Moses, Johnny, Alex, and the rest of the trainers and front desk staff consistently create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhance the overall experience.

I strongly believe that the dedication and exceptional work ethic displayed by Gabe and the entire team warrant recognition. The facility is very nice and new. I did get different information on membership when I first inquired. I was a little taken back but went ahead and joined anyway. I wanted to bring my 15 year old daughter as a guest but since she didn’t have an ID she couldn’t come in. But if I signed her up right then and there it was ok and no ID was needed. Can’t figure that one out. I almost cancelled my membership that day. Went ahead and signed her up but definitely didn’t expect to pay the same price as myself. I’m pretty sure I was told per paying adult a second person could join for 29.99. Anyway I signed her up and was told I could suspend her membership anytime I wanted and reactivate it when I was ready. Then stopped by another location and the membership details were totally different. I was told it would be 125.00 per person under 18 to take 4 classes on how to use the gym and equipment. Obviously I skipped that and went back to Manassas to sign her up. Not sure if these are franchised or corporate. So far both facilities are nice. I did wonder though on one occasion why there were little kids in the hot tub at the Manassas location. I’m talking under the age of 5. They even had some toys with them. It wasn’t to bad though because they were well behaved. I just waited until they left to use...

I'm so excited to write this review about OneLife Fitness coming to Manassas! While the gym itself isn't open yet (anticipated opening winter 2024), I attended their very first preview event, and it was absolutely fantastic.

One of the things that truly impressed me was the presale experience. Moses and his entire team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They took the time to explain everything in detail, answering any questions I had and making sure I felt comfortable with the membership options. It wasn't just a sales pitch; they were genuinely passionate about the gym and its potential to make a positive impact on the community.

The preview event itself was a blast! It was clear they put a lot of effort into creating a fun and informative atmosphere. I learned more about the classes and amenities they'll be offering, and even got to participate in some Zoomba activities. It was a great way to get hyped for the gym's opening.

Overall, I can't wait for OneLife Fitness Manassas to open its doors later this year. The combination of a state-of-the-art facility, a wide range of offerings, and a welcoming team led by Moses makes this a surefire winner. If you're looking for a new gym in Manassas, I highly recommend...
