Usually good service & consistent when ordering was my old review on this place. For the last month or so, the employees are constantly in a bad mood & just seem like they don't want to do their job. Went a few days ago & they were out of onion rings...Okay fine. Went again tonight (3/7) & the service was terrible. Went to the drive thru, someone came on asked what I wanted then was placed on hold. Another lady came on & asked what I wanted, ordered 2 $5 chicken dinners, small onion rings which they were out again & a medium strawberry banana shake. Mind you it's after 8pm...they have half priced shakes. I pull up & my totals 16 & some change ? & the receipt says 4.29 for a med. Shake.....I drive back around & the girl is extremely rude & says she owes me 1.74, again okay..I pull to the window & she grabs the receipt closes the window & proceeds to give me the change. I asked her how is it 1.74 if half of 4.29 is like 2.15. She obviously gets mad & tells me to pull up & wait but by this time I've already waited 10 minutes. She says Oh there's alot of training going on....SHE'S THE ONE THAT TOOK THE ORDER ?! They are ripping people off & get pissed off about it when they get caught. For God sake the lady in front of me paid 15$ for 3 small shakes. But it's "half priced" she's lucky she closed the window while I was talking cause I would've thrown my shake back in there at her. IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The service here is so bad, I'd rather drive to the sonic in Yorktown. Read moreI went to the sonic to get a sonic blast I ordered a medium Which is the biggest Size. I mixed the cookie dough with the Oreo and when I got the blast, there was about an inch of no ice cream and I got no whip cream and no cherry. I also didn’t receive the mint standard with all sonics and has been for all time. When I asked for more ice cream, the lady at the window went to go get her manager, and her manager said that she would have to charge me at that time. I said you already did if I would’ve known I would’ve gotten the small. She looked at me and said that I would have to charge you and just stared at me and blinked. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I’m going to call and I’m going to Let the paper and the news now because I think if we’re going to spend our money that we work for we shouldn’t have to deal with rip offs. Honestly, I hope she loses her job because I don’t want this to keep happening because if it only happened once I’m sure it’s going to happen again and again and again. Sonic’s Reputation has gone down the drain and with workers like so it will continue. I wouldn’t be surprised if I drive by and I noticed they’re not open anymore. Read moreCustomer service is the worst!!!!! We had to wait 45 mins to order our food. We first went through the drive-thru & there was a car at the window, we then were told to hold on to order. We said ok & waited for 10 mins, so we decided to drive to the drive in lot. We kept pressing the button & no one answered so we waited & waited. I finally called & a female answered, I told he we have been waiting to be served & no one is responding & we’ve been out here for 30 mins already. She then told me that she would send someone out to us...we waited another 15 mins & while waiting we called the 1-800 number to complain about this poor service. So finally we moved to another drive in slot closer to the door. My boyfriend actually had to stop the server in his track & ask him what in the world is going on??
