We stopped in to get a birthday treat for my son today. We very seldom get to Starbucks and never have redeemed a reward like this, so suffice it to say, I was a total "noob" at the register. Thankfully, it was during the day on a weekday so there was no one else in line. Carmen who was taking our order was so kind and patient with me. She talked me thru the app to get the qr code to scan for my son's birthday reward. It wasn't working, but she could see on the account that it was his info and birthday. She also made a great suggestion for a drink which he really enjoyed and will reorder. She made a way so that he could get his reward after all and helped make his day more special by her graciousness and kindness. Monica had greeted us when we walked in and also made our lovely drinks. The store was clean and quiet at the time. The whole team was working together well and focused on knocking out orders and providing excellent service. We would love to return more often because of this experience. Different story on Sunday though, the staff is rude & tells you that you are ordering incorrectly & 9 times out of 10 my drink size is wrong when I get to the window & it never taste right. I called on a Sunday before work to make sure the lobby was open for a mobile order & they lied to me & said no that they were closed for the foreseeable future in the lobby so then when I drove by I see customers walking in & out the doors with orders. Read moreI have never had a worse customer service experience ever in my life. Lady on window with a cheetah print hair wrap and piercing was unbelievably disrespectful. Laughing when I pulled to the window then told me I was muffled so I spoke up, which she clearly didn't like, she proceeded to give me attitude and disrespect. As I pulled up to the window she didn’t speak at all. I told thank you got no response then as the window was shut in my face I told her have a better day. Her customer service was shocking to me.
