Starbucks — Restaurant in Bon Air

I had an awesome I had an awesome experience today after shopping for groceries I stopped at the Starbucks inside of Kroger and met these two fabulous girls one had the most adorable glitter eyeshadow and it was her first day Lah-Lah and Jordan totally made my experience worthwhile I wanted to get one of those drinks that some of the influencers on social media suggest and I had never been able to until today this Starbucks is stocked with all of the ingredients and I had a Churro Frappuccino I like mine with espresso super 😋 delicious and just what I needed the service is fast friendly and also convenient I might even have to post this on my social...

Barista was NOT happy to be at work. I ordered a caramel macchiato with a half shot and then asked for it to be a little sweeter. She mumbled "I'll do it this time". I asked "does it cost extra to make it sweeter" and she said " yeah". I'm pretty sure it doesn't and I'm pretty sure she put in a whole shot and it wasn't sweet at all. This Starbucks is the worst. The barista was an older lady, I would expect attitude and a lack of enthusiasm from the younger generation. I'll go across the street next time to the stand...

The baristas are rude at this location. The customer service is horrible. I hadn't gotten coffee from this location since 2015 and complained about the bad service. Today I was in rush and decided to give this location another chance and the baristas decided it was a good idea to go back and forth about who likes to make the drink I ordered.
