Subway — Restaurant in Virginia

We ordered 2 12 inch subs for pickup last night, July 23, 2020. The special advertised on television and onlin e specifically said 2 , 12 inch subs for $5 each. I called the order in for for pickup and asked if there was curbside pickup. The guy on the phone said yes, but you have to come in to pay. That is not curbside. When I placed the order, I told him we were getting 2 12 inch subs $5 each. When I went into the shop to pay, he charged us $17.08. I asked him what was going as it should be $5 each. He said that store wasn't doing that special any longer. He never said that when I ordered them and Subway is still running the ads on TV. The sandwiches were not that good and I should have left them and walked out. Anyway, I certainly don't recommend that Subway on Monticello. False advertising, and poor quality and service. I will certainly pass the word about what a rip-off...

I will not give them ANY STARS!!! They have the WORST customer service ever.... On top of that the vegetables were brown and soggy. When I asked three times for fresh veggies I was told that they did not have any. The young girl who made my sub made it with an attitude. She was totally rude for no reason on my end. I did nothing to that young lady. She threw my receipt at me and all of this was done right in front of the camera. The worst part is when I told the managers. All they did was look at me and while I was talking to the managers the young lady kept yelling over me and they allowed that. The quality of the food is poor and the service well there is no service. This store should just close the doors for good. Also take a look at the other reviews, they speak of the same claim. Never again...

Never coming to this subway again after this experience

Jamie and another kid had the worst attitude. The guy, I asked for a melt sandwich, he says "do you like want a melt or just toasted" saying again melt he rolls his eyes as if it were an inconvenience for him. Throws, literally, the sub together and sticks it in the oven.

Jamie didn't say hi, nothing dead stared at us. Both being rude and completely unfriendly. She was just as bad as the other kid. Complete anger on her face like I kicked her did the entire time I ordered.

Jamie and the other guy, if you are that unhappy with your job - leave. Do not take it out on random people who are just trying to get...
