I eat here often I have been coming here since it opened, and it was always delicious. The staff is always very friendly. I have ordered to go many times and it always looked like the stock photos and tasted great. Recently though, when I have been making online orders for pickup, I order the largest size and it’s barely above half full. This has happened most times lately and I try to push past it, thinking maybe they were almost out of some things, or something and give them benefit of doubt. But with my order today, not only is it not full but when I got home, realized I have the wrong topping on it. This is a let down as I love supporting this place but it will probably be a long while before I give it another chance because I mostly order to go. FRADULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES. DEMANDING REFUND.

Major system error falsing requiring payment by customers when we have a free bowl voucher for downloading the app. The app said FREE bowl and we had to pay $2.49 which is not free and the staff dictated what type of bowl when the app just said free small size - no restrictions. Scam!! Staff not knowledgeable to figure out how to properly service customers. Not good problem solvers. Never a manager in duty to speak to. They just gave me a card with store number but no way to speak to a manager.

I was in yesterday just expecting to get an acai and head on my way but they went above and beyond that. From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeted with a kind and welcoming environment. Not only were the staff incredible, their food was soo delicious. It was super fresh and honestly the best acai bowl I’ve ever had. The staff took great care to get to know me and even ended up bringing me a water cup later on without me asking. If you’re ever in VA beach or the chesapeake area, you need to check this place out!!! I 100% recommend and hope to be back again...
