On a recent culinary adventure, I decided to explore Little Caesars’ latest offering—the Pepperoni Crazy Puffs. These bite-sized morsels promised layers of flavor complexity, but my experience left much to be desired.
My journey began online, where I attempted to place an order for these intriguing puffs. Unfortunately, technical glitches prevented me from doing so. Undeterred, I resorted to the old-fashioned method: a phone call. Alas, my initial three attempts went unanswered. It was only when I dialed from my wife’s phone that a voice emerged from the abyss.
The person who finally answered seemed to exist in an alternate reality—one fueled by substances unknown. His responses were sluggish, and his words slurred. Perhaps he had embarked on his own cosmic journey, far removed from the realm of pizza cravings.
I relayed my order—a simple request for the Pepperoni Crazy Puffs two large pizzas and two garlic sauces. To avoid any mishaps, I asked him to repeat it back. But alas, clarity eluded him. He stumbled, lost in the labyrinth of my culinary desires. My order hung in the balance, teetering between existence and oblivion.
Curiosity piqued, I inquired about an online deal. Would they honor it? His response was a cryptic “maybe.” Uncertainty clung to the air like the scent of freshly baked dough. At this point, my appetite waned, and my loyalty wavered.
Our conversation concluded without formalities. He never shared his name—perhaps it slipped through the cracks of his altered consciousness. With a resigned sigh, I abandoned my quest. We would seek sustenance elsewhere.
On that fateful day—March 17, 2024, around 4:30 PM—Little Caesars missed an opportunity. The Pepperoni Crazy Puffs remained unclaimed, their potential unrealized. Perhaps, hidden among the stars, there exists a parallel universe where these puffs shine. But in our reality, they remain a curious footnote in my gastronomic journey.

Read moreAlthough the pizza is good, the customer service is awful and the servings were too small for the Deep Dish Pepperoni. I was expecting the slices to be bigger. I got it with extra cheese because I don't eat meat. At 536 pm, 4/18/2023, I called to inform them that I didn't get my complete order for the Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Each time I tried to explain what happened, alert them to an issue with their offer on Uber Eats, or just inquire and understand how I'm to get my free pizza, I kept getting blown off. The person kept saying if I get an order for 1 pizza, I make 1 pizza. If I get an order for 2 pizza, I make 2 pizzas. I was trying to understand did I need to order two pizzas so UberEats would automatically update my cart with the offer and show that one pizza is free. He didn't even want to listen to me and hung up on me. I kept calling back. I got hung up on 5 times, yelled and screamed at. Never again! And for God Sake, if you are going to be dealing with the public, have staff that know how to speak English and are professional, when you are dealing with food that has to go in my belly. I want an apology and my free pizza. Otherwise, it is false advertisement and that is illegal. And Yes. I did put in a complaint with UberEats as well. I'm highly livid right now. I'm going to pray extra hard over my food so nothing evil from these people transferred into my food. What nasty spirits. And it was my second time ordering from them. Never Ever Againnnnnn! You won't get...
Read moreI ordered pizzas online around 6:00 pm with a pickup time of 6:35 pm. When I arrived for pick up, they were running about 20-30 minutes behind. The manager blamed it on two new hires, stating that he was in the process of training them. Being a prior assistant manager at Pizza Hut, you don't blame the new employees. While waiting for my pizzas, I witnessed the manager yell & degrade the new employees in front of a store full of people. He even went as far as to throw pizzas/pizza boxes from across the cutting station towards the other side of the room, claiming that the new employees burnt them. He continued to put down the new hires, specifically a young high school aged kid, who was clearly trying to help. The young man went over and started cleaning up the pizzas that had been thrown, clearly embarrassed by the way he was being treated. I looked at the other people in the lobby and said, "I would walk out, if anyone talked to me that way!" Sure enough, the kid walked out. If you're reading this, GOOD FOR YOU, DONT EVER LET ANYONE TREAT YOU LIKE THAT OR TALK DOWN TO YOU!
I waited over an hour for my pizzas, which was ridiculous. The management situation needs to be addressed immediately! I WILL NOT be going back.
As for the manager take some anger management classes. The way you treated your staff is...
