Very rude. First of all if you don’t want a job that deals with customer service then find another job doing something else. They don’t greet you at the window they just wait on you to order. Then has the nerve to say we were waiting on you ummmmm no ma’am I was waiting on y’all. No ma’am with the back and forth just do your job. Didn’t hear nothing. No apology and then a greeting or nothing. No thanks. Not the first time this has happened at this location by target. Putting a few dollars in yall pocket at this location isn’t worth it. Management/ppl all across the board need to do better when they hire certain ppl. On top of this 2 no tomato tacos had tomatoes on them. No thanks. Won’t be back. Please get it together for the sake of others who visit here.
6/8/2025 I despise this Taco Bell but my oldest got baptized and really wanted Taco Bell. So I gave in and stopped at this location she ordered from her phone so I get to proceed to tell them her name and then asked if she could change her freeze a regular baja. Before the lady that was helping me in drive through could respond, someone else wearing a headset (I’m assuming the manager) proceeds in the background saying we don’t do that here dang we don’t have it get what you get. And I’m like whoever that is in the background she don’t gotta do all that like are you serious!!?? The lady who was helping me apologized but it’s the fact I heard her and that person never apologized or anything. Like girl I can’t help it that you don’t like your job or having a bad ay or WHATEVER. Don’t do all that. This Taco Bell is the worst ever and HARDLY ANY OF THEM have good customer service skills. Ugh! Irks my nerves because there ks always something and she wouldn’t give me her name because I had already said at the window I’m calling corporate. They need to replace some ppl at this location because I could be wrong, but it looks like the same manager that messed my order wrong years ago…. I don’t forget too many faces...

Went through drive-through asked for two hard tacos with just meat, cheese and sour cream she said oh so two Supremes Because they will charge me Supremes because of the sour cream, which I don’t mind. Got the food, my daughter picked up the taco to make sure that it was correct ( toppings fell all over her lap) while we were still there And of course it wasn’t. It had lettuce and tomato on it. The employee opened the window. I told her it was supposed to be just meat, cheese and sour cream. She looked like she was mad. I gave them the whole bag back a few minutes later she brings it again. They only did one taco and not the second one so I told her it was supposed to be both of them. Few minutes later a guy comes to the window. I’m assuming one making the food he wanted to clarify what I wanted on it I told him meat, cheese, and sour cream, and then the same lady said a supreme was just no lettuce or tomato by the time we get home my daughter said now they just being dumb or childish. They only put cheese and sour cream with no meat. Well, they lost my business. I told my daughter we will never eat at Taco Bell if they cannot understand a hard taco which just meat, cheese and sour cream and for the lady to have a attitude the whole time when I kept on repeating myself was a little rude. Not saying that lettuce is an allergy but if I ask for a specific items, there’s probably a reason that means my child does not eat lettuce or tomato and I was just looking at the reviews from three years ago or a year ago and it looks like nothing has changed....
Read moreFood has always been delicious and hot, no complaints with the food or service. My only complaint with this location is their computer issue. I'm not sure why their computers go down almost EVERY time I try to go. I have waited 20 minutes 5 different times now...just to get fast food. One night, I got off of work and went to this Taco Bell, it had been barely DRIZZLING for about an hour, and an employee told me "due to the WEATHER their computers would be down for 20-30 minutes". I get off work late, so going inside is not an option for me unfortunately, especially since this Taco Bell is the only location near me that stays open until 1am. Not sure what the actual issue is, but if their computer system truly goes down due to some drizzle, wind, or because the day ends in "Y", I would REALLY like to know what system they are using. I have NEVER heard this at any other Taco Bell or fast food restaurant. I could get over it if it had happened once, even twice, but five times....come on Taco Bell. I work in the service industry also, so I understand needing a break, but if employees need a break, hire more staff. I will continue to go here, but it is definitely a huge inconvenience and would love to see this simple issue resolved, especially since I have read numerous other reviews saying the exact same thing.
