Taco Bell — Restaurant in Virginia

So my boyfriend an I go here basically every night after work, and this is the THIRD time this week that they have messed up our order. But they didn't justess up one thing, it was the ENTIRE ORDER. The girl in the driver thru tried handing him a Pepsi when he ordered a Baja blast, then completely FORGOT his nachos, didn't give me my salsa that I paid for, and gave us not one but ALL SEVEN beefy quesadillas with chicken instead. When the receipt clearly said BEEF. So my boyfriend called and let them know what happened once we got home and saw how messed up the order was. So he went back to get the right order after speaking to the manager on duty. (Mind you this is 12:30am, so NOT a busy time at all) he goes back thru the driver thru and WAITS 20 Min for the fixed order and they FORGET THE NACHOS AGAIN. When he told the girl in the window SHE LAUGHED ABOUT IT, But she got him the nachos with COLD cheese. And gave him a Dr pepper for free after saying shed have to ask her manager if she can even get him one in the first place🙃. We come thru almost everyday but this was by far the WORST expierence so far. Like I said its also the THIRD time this week they messed up. Should've known it'd be bad considering the girl had the drive thru window locked while playing on her phone RIGHT after she took out order 🙃🤦🏽 I'd AVOID going here for night shift if possible. They are rude, and just all around stupid...

Ordered at the kiosk. They were busy ... The guy making our food had a horrible attitude. The food was crushed, missing some of the order and the nacho cheese container wasn't closed all the way so everything in the bag and outside of the bag was covered in cheese sauce. Took it back to the counter to get the missing items and cinnamon twists that didn't have cheese on them and the guy that made the food was complaining saying "this is wack" several times.... I didn't ask for anything remade or refunded, just edible and what I paid for... Cashier who did drinks etc was pleasant and apologized several times. Im 7 months pregnant and got sick afterwards.. Not sure if it was just not agreeing with me or that there was something wrong...

This is going to be a weird review. I needed to kill a couple hours and answer some work emails, and Taco Bell has wi-fi and inexpensive food. I was greeted and explained my situation and she welcomed me. The food was Taco Bell - it was hot and tasty. But here is the thing that blew my mind. I sat for two hours working on emails and it was a constant flow of people ordering. The staff here is so professional and polite. I have managed people for two decades, and I can tell you someone is doing something right. Kudos to the shift manager, store manager and whoever is training and empowering the team that worked from 6pm to 8pm 4/22/25. Top-notch...
