On the ground level of Hilton's Corporate Headquarters, this brand new food court has its ups-and-downs. Modeled after the likes of Sweetgreen and Cava, the six eatery options give a great variety. Some of the venues even change the type of cuisine on a rotating basis. Beyond the made to order food, there is a limited selection of refrigerated items like sushi and sandwiches. The open-concept of this nouveau food court works well, but the execution falls short. At each venue the choices are sparse and the lower quality food is evident. Plus, there is a $0.99 charge for a fruit-flavored water dispenser, getting a bit greedy. Though these may be kinks that are worked out in the coming months, there's room for improvement.
