This place can't seem to get orders correct. I told the order taker 3 times what I wanted, a regular and a spicy chicken. She kept saying single and I kept saying no, spicy chicken and regular chicken. I ended up with one chicken and one beef sandwich. I was really angered when I got to my car and ended up with the wrong food after repeating what I wanted 3 times!!!! The manager didn't like my attitude, but how hard is it to take an order. He made an excuse for the order taker and offered me a free drink, but I refused and said I just want my order right so I don't have to come back inside to get it straight. I know the cook also heard what I ordered because they were not busy. If you can't hire people who understand English and can listen to the customer, you need to close. I haven't eaten at a Wendy's for years, but thought I'd try their special. Well that will be my last ever visit to a Wendy's. Chick-fil-A and Arbys have better food and they know how to fill an order. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want the wrong food. I'll never eat at another Wendy's!!! Read moreNot even a month ago, this location was fantastic. The staff were always friendly and my food was flawless, above the standard fare as far as fast food goes. No location can sustain great service without great staff, so it saddens me to write about this Wendy's fall from grace.
I've encountered two negative experiences in the past week, with my second visit being filled with hopes that the first was simply a one off. It wasn't. On both visits, my burgers come bathed in grease. When grease creates a slip-n-slide on my kitchen table and my burger's bun can go toe-to-toe with an oiled beach goer, something is not right.

Read moreIf you go through the drive-thru or order on Uber Eats, you will never, ever, ever, EVER get the sauce you ask for. I've placed 12-15 orders from them in the last year on Uber Eats, and not once have I received the dipping sauce I requested. Lazy.
Update: Today I actually did receive the sauce I asked for (Ghost Pepper Ranch). When I opened the sauce, it was completely rancid, spoiled, rotten, smelled like 2 year old milk - I almost threw up. Fortunately I had some Chick-Fil-A sauces on hand. They always give you the right sauce, and plenty of them.
