DO NOT ORDER VIA MOBILE FROM THIS WENDY'S. I work near here. They have absolutely no idea how to fulfill mobile orders. Sometimes it's on the stand clearly marked "pick your food up here". Sometimes it's on the counter. Sometimes it's behind the counter. Maybe they didn't make it. It's spinning the Wheel of Disappointment. There's no point in mobile ordering. You will get your food faster by standing in line. I just waited 30+ minutes for my mobile order because the manager, Micah-Christian, kept taking the massive line of kids. They do not care one whit about customer service. I could stand there for 30 years and not be asked "can I help you?". This happens constantly. If you make the mistake of ordering via mobile, go up and loudly demand your food. There's no other way to get it. They respond only to someone directly in their face demanding the food they ordered. Apparently no one cares. Read the reviews. It's been a problem for years. Zero improvement. Employees appear to hate their jobs, hate Wendy's, hate customers, be angry they're working, resent you asking for anything, and so on. Replace them with robots. They just don't care and have no interest in doing their jobs well. They get orders wrong constantly, there are many other failures of service, but this is the one that irks me. Order from the McDonalds or Arby's that are in the same plaza. Mobile orders always grab and go and ready when I get there. Send your dollars to fast food joints that are competent. Why the universe decided the nice Taco Bell in the same plaza had to close indefinitely while this den of misery remains open, I'll never know. It should be closed for a month, fire everyone, and bring in a new team that has at least a modest ability to provide decent service. In short: the worst fast food mobile service I've ever experienced, and I eat fast food all over the world. This is the worst...
Read moreI stopped by for the first time and was NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. I get it that it’s fast food but even McDonald’s tops this place. First, I was ordering at the drive thru and the man, who I found out later was the manager, was rude and rushing me when I was the only car there. Then, I get my food and he’s still not very polite. I asked for 4 barbecue sauces (2 for me and 2 for my friend) and they could only give us one and made a big ordeal about it. I’m a paying customer... are you THAT CHEAP that you couldn’t give me a few extra sauces?? Wow lol. Then, I park to eat my food and the quality was absolutely terrible and they skimped me so much on fries, ingredients on my sandwich and the amount of drink they gave me. Don’t go here they are so cheap and serve extremely low quality food. Go next door...
Read moreI went to this particular restaurant for lunch. Due to time constraints, I came here because it had the shortest drive thru line in an area with multiple fast food restaurants. Now I know why it had the shortest line. Despite the few customers waiting in the drive thru line, I waited quite a bit to reach the drive thru window. Once I did, I could not understand very well the employee on the speaker. Maybe for this reason, my order came out wrong. My whole meal in general needed much improvement. First, everything was luke warm. Second, the fries needed more salt. Third, my sandwich was missing some toppings. Fourth, the bun was stale. Last, the mayonnaise on sandwich tasted off--like it might be spoiled. If visiting the fast food restaurants near the Dulles Expo center, I do not recommend...
