I love this place!!! I went earlier today to this establishment, and was able to try their selection for the very first time, and let me tell you I was far from disappointed. I had a mozzarella tomato focaccia and man oh man was that maybe of the greatest peice of bread I’ve ever been blessed with the chance of tasting. The other pastries I tasted were up to the same standard; when I gave some to my friends (food this good cannot be kept secret for oneself we must spread the taste amongst loved ones) profanities like “oh f**ck” were being exclaimed as they took that majestic first bite. I am truly blessed to live so close to an establishment that can provide me this much happiness. Those of you reading this review may be wondering ”what makes him qualified to judge a pastry with such conviction?”; well as a matter of fact I’ve been to many big cities like New York, Mexico City, Los Angeles and San Francisco and whilst in these cities I always make an effort to try local bakeries and get a taste of what the cities have to offer. Establishments in such cities have great things to offer, but dare I say that bread savage has blown all my previous conceptions of what makes a good pastry out of the water. Everything from the sweetness to the texture, to the combination of flavors was exquisite. I myself have fancied myself a bit of a home baker, spending countless late nights making baguettes, cinnamon rolls, or pizza dough; but after eating these pastries ,where you could literally taste the love and care of the worlds most gracious hands, I might give up knowing I will never make anything half as good as what is produced In this establishment. Very good, will come again, I wanna try the baguette...

I love this place, me being a massive sweet tooth; maybe it's a little dangerous haha.... The first time I went, there was little to choose from -it was past 12. I was bummed out, but I thought to just buy something, because I was already there. It was like this lemon muffin- I asked for the one with the most glaze haha. Let me tell y'all, it was freaking delicious. I was like take my money, and I went a second time and brought my sister. I made sure to go early the second time around XD. And my sister was just like, "how many times have you been here?". One..., one time lmao. And it was so freaking pretty, all the pastries 😭

What a sweet little spot! I asked ChatGPT for the best rated French style bakery in Visalia and this was first on the list and rightfully so! Their special bread pudding was divine! What looked like heavy cream frosting turned out to be Italian meringue - so much lighter and very yummy! The bread part underneath - made of leftover fruit pastries was heavy enough on its own and so tasty with fruit bits popping up from time to time. Great use of yesterday’s unsold fruit pastries!

Their focaccia bread with tomatoes, mozzarella and rosemary was also wonderful! There are lovely sourdough rustic round breads and so many desserts there that I want to go back & try.

The little shop is clean and the staff is warm & friendly. It has a few tables and serves coffee and tea drinks as well. Not sure who’s going to Starbucks with this little gem literally next door on...

The most incredible bakery!! I don't say this very often, but this might just have been the best croissant I have ever had in my life, hands down!! A true 'hole in the wall' bakery - as some of the other reviews have stated, you might walk past it and miss it. Do that and you'll never know what magic and enchantments they do to their pastries and breads in there! A bjte of their warmed up chocolate croissant, is a airy, crunchy exterior with butter and a soft, stretchy bread inside making a perfect bite! Their breakfast sandwiches are excellent and all but one (prosciutto) are available only after 11am (we were there early) Do yourself a favor, and experience the magic with a perfect beverage of choice! Thank you Bread truly Savage!!

This was a tiny bit hard to find, but the door is on the right side of Starbucks on Main Street. The inside is a little uneventful, but that's not a reason to stay away from this magical place. They have a beautiful display of pastry offerings in their tiny showcase. And their bread shelves are all the way to the back of the room behind the counter, so its a bit hard to see what they offer on those. I came for a proper French croissant and cinnamon roll but left with a sack full of pastries! Trust me when I say you will not be disappointed in these excellent laminated buttery delights. We will definitely be back for true artisan bread and pastry!

The food was wonderful! We had pineapple Blackberry Danish and a Bostock, and they were delicious! The great thing is the items are large, so you get what you pay for verses a small item for too much. The service was sweet and helpful, and the restaurant was clean. My only reason for one less star is that they can not serve most coffee items due to Starbucks next door. They are worth a trip out to downtown.
