VBC — Restaurant in Visalia

hello. I was at vbc on Sunday july 20th around 10 PM the security guard didn’t let us in because one of us didn’t have an ID. We went back to where we thought we left it, and when we came back the security guard was about to let someone in with a picture ID. he didn’t but i then asked “were you about to let that guy in with a picture ID?” Just a question no one got disrespectful but him, he started yelling at me and my friend getting loud cussing at us if we don’t know his business don’t question him and that he’s “daddy” and he’ll ban us for the rest of the year for questioning him and show us “who’s daddy” he was getting loud and we honestly thought he would do something to us. he knows of myself and never got like this . i believe he was drunk on the job. prior to us leaving he also called his manager saying he had already had a situation happen the first hour he was there, so maybe he was still upset from that but this kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated as someone who is supposed welcome you into the bar. i’m pretty sure he’s the only short & bald security his name might be mike...

Absolutely terrible service by bartender Geral P. Went in on a Monday night with no more than 20 customers and were ignored as if it was the busiest most popular bar downtown. Had to wait multiple times for the bartender Geral P. Stop chatting with customers who already had drinks until he made his way to us in a empty bar pretty much. Tried getting his attention by waving at him and he very rudely said "calm down, i see you!!!" Made us all uncomfortable to the point of leaving. Seems like Geral was there to kill time and socialize and not to actually do a job which he was hired for. Absolutely garbage customer service. Will definitely never return here and will advise anyone who's decides to come in to not be served by Geral P (slim Caucasian male with ear gauges and tattoos who looks and acts like he'd rather be anywhere...

Today was the worse day. My fiancé finally agreed to step out since we lost our baby to check out the festival downtown for our First Responders. She was so happy and asked for a beer and why not VBC. I guess I didn't know that my kind is not welcome. Didn't know its for "white only"As this racist lady said "we are a conservative bar and your kind not welcome here"starts yelling that Im a sugar daddy. We didn't even finish our first beer. Lady you know nothing about me. Besides my accent Im an American.

I just walked out since my girl started crying. And as you said Im a flake. Not going to argue with people like you Lady I never met you in my life. Not sure what miserable life you have. I promise is not my fault.

Being a disable veteran I believe you have your right to be racist. I defended the constitution for you....
