Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Visalia

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE So i never write reviews but i feel the need this time. I will start off by saying i gave this place 2 stars because 1 employee tried to be nice at all. I came in for my pick up order 5 minutes late the gentleman in the front greeted me and told me it would be another 5 to 10 minutes, no problem okay. I wait and a small shorter girl working on the side for pick ups i believe (i didnt get her name) she had a braid i think told me she would bring it to me and she did. I leave and find im missing a bottle of sauce i ordered, so i go back which i get things happen i dont have a problem with coming back, the gentleman tried to go get the bottle for me but the short girl from before who was on the phone flagged him down and stopped him. She ended the call and very rudley asked to be shown my reciept which i had shown the guy before and finally gave it to me. He apologized and i left. This prompted me to go through the rest of my food, i admit i should have checked my entire order the first time but im sorry i didnt. I found one of the wings i ordered came out plain instead of with sauce and this is what i come for so i go back in again. And im waiting near the counter and the guy comes out and goes back in to check on someone elses food and the girl kinda burst back out and starts with " what happened now" and i said i dont mean to bother you its just that i ordered this with teriyaki sauce and she like smacks a fist into her hand and says aggressively thats because i ran out of sauce, do you need a side sauce or something. I said it wouldve been nice to know thats all. For someone like me i only come here for a few certain flavors and drop almost 100$ a meal so i feel like i dont deserve to be treated like im going to con you out of a bottle of sauce, or that im bothering you if i wasnt provided with all the information in the first place. Extremely unprofessional..we had friends seated before us by the manager and the manager was told there were more people in their party on their way still. as soon as we got there and had someone from our party come get us the manager stoped us and harassed us and kept asking if we were supposed to be seated yet and we told him who we were with but we’re still questioned.so we sit down finally and 30 minutes go by not one person working took our order or even asked if we wanted water keep in mind we were sitting in the patio area and it’s 110 degrees outside so my husband finally stopped someone and asked for a menu not knowing we have to use our phones to get the menu and the guy was so nonchalant and rude about it..he said “bro it’s on the table” and walked away. I don’t work in the restaurant industry but I’m pretty sure the customer is not supposed to be asking the severs for a menu or for their order to be taken. Another 30 minutes goes by and still no one has come back to take our order but multiple people have walked behind us to ask others if they needed anything and have asked literally people seated right next to us if they needed anything and still continued to ignore us. All while staring at us through the back door. We eventually got up and started to leave because we received no service and as we were walking back inside to leave the manager came out with another party and sat them directly where we were seated which makes no sense because if we decide to stay the manager would have been real embarrassed trying to seat a different party where other people were...

Can't get enough of this place. My go to spot with my two favorite little ladies. The jumbo shrimp appetizer is a favorite. I always get a large traditional (bone in) extra crispy .5 Asian zing .5 mango habanero. My lil ladies get whatever (traditional or boneless & or flavor) they are feeling for that day but usually consist of the aforementioned flavors or the dry rub buffalo. This particular location is great food and service every time. Of course being a sports fan the atmosphere is awesome with all the TVs on every wall. Depending on time of day and what sports are on can get busy especially on fight night (UFC) which I am a fan of. Attracts a variety of wing loving people but is family orientated (handheld gaming devices) but before going in on a weekend may want to see what is being televised for those who do not allow their littles to watch such graphic content. BWW do not let this detour you from continuing to broadcast UFC in each of your establishments. Again I personally enjoy full contact fighting it should be up to the parents discretion to either check beforehand or remove their littles from viewing the TVs. Btw I am not a fan of Arbys and I am aware that you have recently acquired BWW'S so please don't ruin a good thing.
