I wanted to wait to write a review to see if perhaps this business could change my mind. All in all, I am very disappointed with the service I received here, from beginning to end. I purchased new furniture for my home back in late December. I was told the expected wait time for the furniture to arrive. When these dates passed, I called a few times, and the date was always pushed into some time in the future. When my furniture finally arrived, the delivery and assembly crew did not communicate with me that they would be hours late. They also stated they could not arrange my couch the way I wanted it because it was too large and wouldn't fit in the space. I had to move the couch myself after they left, and I was able to set it up the way I originally intended. One of my items was damaged upon delivery. The assembler told me he would let his manager know. I had not heard anything, so I followed up with the store. I went to the store in person at least 4 times, and each time I was told something different. One of the employees took my phone number and told me to text her a picture of the damaged item. This was 2 months ago. She told me she would let her manager know. I have not heard back from this manager at all. I'm starting to believe he does not exist. Last month, I went in the store yet again to get an update. This time, the same employee told me I would receive a replacement in 2 weeks. I am writing this a month after this incident. When I went into the store yet again, I was met by a different employee. She told me that she didn't know what was going on since she didn't help me originally. You would think there would be some communication and a record of this somewhere so I wouldn't have to explain myself over and over again to whoever was working at the time. Again, she said she would speak to this said manager, who never seems to be available. She could not even tell me exactly when he would be present at the store. The customer service alone is a reason to avoid this place. The first lady I dealt with was very unpleasant and lacked professionalism.    Read moreI am not one to make reviews on businesses, but I want to warn everyone to NOT ever purchase anything from this sorry excuse for a furniture store. My fiance and I went into this store on their grand opening. We purchased a bed set, some end tables, and a dining room set. Spent roughly $3000 at their store. After about 4 weeks of hearing nothing about our order, we contacted them and was told our bed set and end tables were on back order and would be delivered within a month. How could a brand new furniture store already have back ordered products??? We called and texted all contacts at the location as to why this was not shared with us. My fiance talked to the manager, Victor, and he said he would call us back with a more concrete date of delivery and also would try to contact other manufacturers to see if we could get it earlier. We never got a call. Called multiple times, and were told that we would get a call back when he was available. Here, a month later, we try to contact Victor again. We were continuously told we would get a call from him. Never did. Finally called the store and got a hold of him, he acted extremely confused, said another associate was supposed to give us other options as the bed frame would now not be here until April. We asked for a refund, said we would hear back tomorrow. We did not hear back, and ended up having to do a Better Business Bureau claim to finally get a refund.
We got our table after much deliberation. However, we had a terrible experience with the delivery team. They showed up at 6PM with 3 out of the 6 chairs. They said they would go to their warehouse and grab them and be back in 20 minutes. They never showed up. We called at 8PM asking where they were, and they got "busy." Never called to tell us they were not returning and we sat around waiting for them all evening

June 12th, I got a call saying my sectional was ready but my other pieces were not available yet. I asked them to wait to deliver til all pieces were ready. June 27th comes around, and I call to check on my pieces, and they say they have no record of my purchases. June 29th comes I go to the store show them my receipt and they said that theyâll have to call a manager to see whatâs going on. No call back or anything. I go in the store they donât have record of my invoice. One of my pieces was a floor model and I was able to take it. July 1st my furniture will be delivered but I will be missing two chairs for my table, I said okay go ahead and still deliver, Table comes July 2 with all pieces but no couch. They donât know where my couch is. I call and go in the store and they magically find it. Couch comes 8pm , and itâs not the right couch that we ordered. Now trying to get a refund and still canât get ahold of management. I contacted others who had the same issue on Yelp and Facebook review and they have the same story as mine. I have filed a claim through the better business bureau. I met another gentleman who has been having the same issues. If others are having the same issue feel free to contact me and we can collaborate on how we can get our money back. I feel like local law enforcement and valley news should do a story on this business. SAVON REFUND...
