Not the best experience! I went to self checkout and the guy there came up and asked how many items I had....I counted them and said 6 he said are you sure I gladly took them out said again 6 unless you wanna count them. Mind you he did not go up to anyone else! Its my gransons birthday and they are his gifts he chose and he was excited. I'm scanning and the guy comes up again telling me if I scanned all my items , as I'm scanning. I said yes, I'm scanning. When I was done he comes up again and says did you scan all your items, I said yes, do you want to count them? Then I proceeded to show him my items point at the screen and say 3 Pixar toys 1 Pixar bear a grinch Jacket and Grinch pj set! $160, then I ask him what was the problem, he responded with oh I just wanted to see if you got a sale. I don't think that he treated anyone else but me and my grandson this way....don't know if it was a race thing cause there where other people with several items and he tried telling me there was a limit. Waited about 20 min for help then asked a guy I saw that was talking with another employee at electronic counter "is there anyone around here that can help me with a tv?" They both said oh ok someone will be with you shortly. Waited another 15 min and no one came. I saw a girl walking from the back and stopped her and asked is there someone you can call to come help us with a tv. She point over the the counter and says one of them might help you and walked away. So walked back to them and asked AGAIN can someone please help us here. The lady at the counter says oh someone should be over soon. I told her we have been waiting for a while and no has helped us. She continues talking to the other coworker. I was shocked! I’m writing today because Elizabeth at Target in Visalia has been a major factor in why I feel so welcome and helped at Target in Visalia. Every single time I’ve gone to Target in the past few months, Elizabeth is there. (I go 1-2 times a week.) And EVERY single time Elizabeth asks me if I’m finding everything okay or if she can help me with anything. When I do need help, she walks me to what I’m looking for and with such a pleasant attitude. It’s refreshing! I asked her last night if she is a manager and she said no, that it was actually her last week at Target before she goes back to school to study political science.
