Lane Bryant — Local services in Visalia

Went in to buy a couple of T-shirt bras. When I took them up to the counter one lady was on the phone and another one was was not helping anyone, but, the one on the phone came over to ring up my items. She slides me over a post at note and tells me, not asks me, but tells me, to write down my phone number . I become greatly irritated by not being asked. She continues on the phone while trying, not successfully, to help me and she then informs me that my phone number is not on the system. I told her I didn't care, I just wanted to check out and said how inappropriate I thought it was that she was on the phone while trying to help me and she tells the person on the phone that she's sorry but a customer is talking really loud . So you're apologizing for the person on the phone and the customer that's standing in front of you is at fault because she wants you to get off the phone and actually assist her. Why did she try to help me in the 1st place? The other sales person wasn't doing anything! I express my Irritation and the other sales lady doing nothing comes over to help me while phone lady, still on phone, walks away... I asked for the other lady's name twice, she tells it to me twice, I can't decipher what the name was. Assuming she's a manager... I've worked in the service industry for 42 years and one of the number 1 rules is a sales person should NOT be on the phone while trying to help customers in the store ESPECIALLY when there's other staff doing NOTHING... The lady who ended up helping me was very nice . Now I'm again beyond irritated because the bras are too small so I need to take them back and exchange them. The idea of potentially having to deal with with poorly trained manager does not thrill me.... Please don't respond with the typical form letter of apology. They...

They were absolutely AMAZING! They were extremely helpful in finding my daughter a bra that actually fits her! We've been to other bra stores and they havnt even helped us. As soon as we walked in they greeted us and they sized her. They discussed the different bras and how they fit. They were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! I dont have one complaint.
