I visited this ice cream shop yesterday, and while the ice cream was indeed as delicious as we’d heard, the overall experience left a bit to be desired. We went there on a hot day, which seems to be when most people crave ice cream, and unfortunately, the wait times were pretty long. The lines were also lengthy, and to make matters worse, there’s no indoor area at this location. While they have a couple of Home Depot canopies set up, they don't provide nearly enough shade for the number of people waiting. If you're tall or standing under the canopies, it feels like you're baking in an oven due to the lack of airflow and the concentrated heat. Despite these issues, once we finally got our ice cream, we headed straight to our car to enjoy it. We ordered two Quad scoop trays, and the ice cream was really good—definitely worth the price. The staff was friendly and pleasant, which added a nice touch to the experience. I would consider returning, but if it’s a sunny day, I’ll definitely be bringing an umbrella or something for shade. The ice cream is worth it, but the wait under the hot sun isn’t ideal.

I was totally skeptical about ice cream I make homemade grew up eat homemade so it was gonna take a lot to impress Me and the 30 minutes from line to eating ice cream was hot but I knew My ice cream would situate Me once I got it, Everyone seemed happy to wait so I was too. We Ordered the Strawberry Cheesecake Crunch on a regular waffle cone small size is 3 scoops what? Yep it's a lot of delicious creamy ice cream. We also got a Birthday cake small scoop on a cake come and that was also delicious I usually don't like Birthday cake flavor anything. Can't wait to try more flavors We will definitely be back even with the drive from Tulare it was worth it.

Be aware…the traditional banana split is not actually a banana split in half…is more like a one quarter of a banana sliced…that is, if they don’t forget to put the banana on ā€œthe banana splitā€ in which case you will get the banana in a cup and an apology for forgetting the banana in ā€œthe banana splitā€..the ice cream flavors are good though…the service is like the old saying ā€œthey had one job šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļøā€

The ice cream itself is quite tasty! However, several "service" and "hard product" details make the overall experience less than ideal, and depending on the weather a real tough sell on whether to return or not. We drove past several times in the summer (when it's over 100F) and noticed there's NO shade, NO indoor seating and the outdoor "seating" area faces south and west! The worst possible direction! No trees, no benches, nothing charming about it, just faces a big hot parking lot. The other location that just opened in Fresno looks to have indoor seating, at least. The day we actually made it to try the ice cream it appeared no one was working and you had to "ring a door bell" for the attendant to come. Really? And, we almost drove away because she took nearly 5 minutes to come...? Customer service was not good, unfortunately, no "good afternoon" no "do you have any questions?" No "would you like to try any flavors?" Nothing! Would I return? Maybe if weather was decent and line not too long, but otherwise.... gonna have to pass. Honestly they need a better location with indoor...

The ice cream is good but the service, not so much. Twice I got to the window only to have them tell me I have to wait as they close the window. The 1st time seemed to be a shift change. The guy told me it would be about 5 min until they could take my order. The 2nd time they said it was so they could get orders out. I waited the 1st time. They told me to go to Window 3. A guy yells "Order" from another window #. I tried to clarify if this was my order since they gave me a different window # and it was bagged so i couldn't see what it was. He just said "Order!", put it out and closed the window. As for the atmosphere- no where shady to eat. All the umbrellas are gone. I've never had this experience at other places. When you get to the front of the line, they normally...
