Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Visalia

I don’t know how this franchise has become so popular. This was a lousy sandwich & it took nearly an hour to get it delivered. I ordered a Beach Club w/ Dijon mustard & onions. There was absolutely no Dijon. I took the sandwich apart looking for it. Also found only one tiny dot of avocado paste the size of a dime. Two ribbon thin onion strings about 2-3 inches long. The bread was hard & tough (couldn’t cut it with a sharp knife.) And worst of all, every other bite had a terribly bitter taste to it! Something was just not right. I even took the sandwich apart and tried to rebuild it as the meat & the tangled lettuce ball was falling out of the bread. It was useless! It was a terrible sandwich. I threw away 3/4ths of it! My friends sandwiches were all very much the same thing. We will not be ordering from any Jimmy Johns again,...

I love Jimmy John’s ❤️! 🥪 The previous review under mine complained about the lack of meat on the sandwich, I feel like mine has plenty of meat & cheese, so much so I actually only ate half of my sandwich. Not sure what happened that day, but as for my experience it was really well made. Not only that but when I went inside to pick up my order the lady behind the counter was very nice & checked my bag to make sure all my items were inside & directed me to an area where I could get extra condiments if needed. Update: recieved a call from the manager refunding my recent order and asking me not to order from thier store again. Instead of training, I also did not ask for a refund nor want one was just asking for food to be made correctly.

I order delivery from this Jimmy John's at least once a week, as Jimmy johns is my favorite. But every single time I order my sandwiches are wrong. Weather is not cut in half, or no Dijon, they forget tomatoes and cucumbers on my beach club, something is always wrong. I've given up calling because I've already dealt with a rude manager.
