Love Chick-In — Restaurant in Visalia

My husband ordered the garlic Parmesan chicken wings and they came in a completely different flavor which seems to have happened to another customer after reading past reviews. I ordered the kids chicken meal for one of the kids with me and found the portion to be extremely underwhelming. There were maybe 12 French fries in the box. Worst of all, was the so-called salad. The ingredients mentioned, kale, cabbage, celery, pickles, and carrots. I did not know that they were going to put entire pieces of celery and carrots in the box. I found maybe one or two pieces of kale in the actual box and the popcorn chicken was extremely large. This should not be considered a salad by any stretch of the imagination. Also, when I asked about dressing flavors, the gentleman was unaware, went to the back and asked they do not provide a dressing, but rather a ketchup mayo mix, which he said would be on the side, but was mixed in at the bottom. We were out and about bar hopping on mainstreet this past Father's Day. Got to a point where it was time to eat. We stumbled across Love Chick-In and TPK Tacos side by side. I wanted tacos but my husband really wanted chicken. Im not a big chicken fan but I saw that they had Modelo in a bottle so I decided to give them a try. It was the BEST decision I made. The chicken tenders I ordered were FANTASTIC. Fresh and hot! Not only that, but we met the owner Danny and got to learn his story. What an awesome individual and a genuinely great person. Danny we look forward to coming back to see you and have more of your fresh hot chicken. You have made me believe in chicken once again.

I was very disappointed. The food was okay, but the service and the atmosphere were awful. The music was blaring right by the order counter so the cashier couldn't hear me, which made my order come out incorrect. First, she couldn't hear me say two kids meals so there was one missing. My order was supposed to have two wing flavors, but it was all only one flavor. Then after I waited for the second kids meal, I asked to make sure that the sauce was in the container and the cashier assured me it was, but when I got home it wasn't in there.
