Me n ed's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Visalia

I've been a loyal customer for at least 35 years of me and eds for my youth in Lemoore to being in visalia but over the last year the service at this store has been horrible from making order and never getting them then calling and be told there on there way and never show up then calling in morning to talk to management and being told it was close to closing so they cancel my order and never notifying me the price always are different every time I have delivered lately to last week 39.00 dollars thes time 36.00 and now there charging a 10 dollar delivery fee im in the restraunt business we know the cost I serve a 16 ribeye dinner for less than they charge for a large pizza and pizza is dirt cheap to make im tired of this franchise taking advantage of there loyal customer i love there pie but I will never order another pie from them they have gone to far and to cheap or greedy for me so I would not recommend me and eds till they remove head from keister and start caring and taking care of there loyal customers I feel they are They to far gone now a large combo pie including toppings is less than 6 dollars to make including labor and then to add a 10 dollar delivery on top of the 800 percent mark up is crazy and charge you 40 for the pie is crazy even with Inflation and rising gas price there still making a killing with no delivery charge if you agree give them a zero rating and stop buying there pie only way there going to learn a lesson when you turn on your loysl customers...

On 6/16/2022, I called to place an order for a large pepperoni pizza at 8:50pm. I worked at Mountain Mikes Pizza for 4 years, and every single time someone called close to closing time, we always took their order, as long as it was take-out—even if it was 8:59. I live 5 minutes away and could have been there before they closed, but the girl that answered the phone told me I couldn’t place an order and that they were already closed. I said that they were open for 10 more minutes, but she said “I’m just following orders, sorry.” She then hung up on me and didn’t even give me an opportunity to ask for her name or the manager. Me n Ed's is always the BOMB. COM pizza to get! It's been the staple for many a year and will continue to be! The staff is super friendly and chill, the only time I saw anything remotely to rudeness was when they had a dumb customer, by dumb customer I mean "rude, unknowledgeable and disrespectful of the bat." For that I give the staff a pass on being a little rude if they have to be, I wouldn't want to be talked to like that. So back to the pizza, it always goes very well paired with some potato wedges or Mojo's of us kids back in the day would know them as! They're delicious and really go well with a slice of pi and a beer. The pepperoni has a kick! Maybe I was too young to realize it, but being older know it gives a bite right back!
