A Gem for Breakfast Burritos and Unexpected Delights Update! S P’s Burgers has quickly become one of my favorite spots, especially for their incredible breakfast burritos. Every time I visit, I’m reminded why I keep coming back—the food is just that good. Their breakfast burritos are a must-try: perfectly made and worth every bite. One time, they were out of chorizo, but the owner suggested I try their Tapatío Birria Ramen with a taco on the side. Honestly, I was blown away. The flavors were unforgettable, and it turned an ordinary visit into something totally unexpected and delicious. Here’s what stands out: the food is consistently amazing. Their salsa? Absolutely next level—it’s king in Visalia, hands down the best in town. Whether you’re enjoying it with tacos, burritos, or just on its own, it’s the kind of salsa that transforms every bite into something extraordinary. This time, I’m revisiting and couldn’t be happier to see S P’s Burgers thriving. I’m back for their chorizo breakfast tacos (finally!) and a refreshing horchata, both just as satisfying as I hoped. On top of that, I discovered they’ve used my photos in their menu! It feels amazing to leave a small mark on this wonderful place and the town of Visalia, which I truly adore. Of course, there are still a couple of minor downsides. Indoor seating is limited, so it might be tough to find a spot during peak times, and the wait can sometimes feel a bit long. But trust me, the food is more than worth it. S P’s Burgers continues to be a standout spot with bold flavors, a welcoming vibe, and that unbeatable salsa. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out on something special. For me, it’s not just about the food—it’s about being part of something wonderful in Visalia.

SP's Burger is at 100 Church St. in Visalia. This restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch. The food is good and made to order. The decor is simple and not overwhelming. The floor and tables were clean. They have outdoor seating. I had a Chorio burrito and coffee. I would go back for lunch.

Ordered Chile relleno, menú doesn’t specify that it comes with meat and also doesn’t give you the option to pick if you want it with meat and what type of meat The flavor of the Chile relleno itself is alright, a bit bland. Ordered through Grubhub.

Went to eat some quesabirria tacos because I love them, while I was there I tried their pork belly tacos and OMG!!!!! They are now the reason why I will continue to eat there! The pork belly is cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and soft inside! The pickled onions are not something that I’ve ever wanted to try but I regret not trying them sooner, the onions gave these tacos the perfect balance of salt and sweet! The green salsa was not too spicy and the fried jalapeños were the right amount of kick and the hand made tortillas were perfect! These are hands down the best tacos I have had in a LONG time!!! I recommend that everyone try them!!!!! You...

Growing up eating homemade Mexican food sets the bar high when dining out. I’ve found a place that brings a little bit of home to their food. That place is Sp’s, not sure of what to expect when I first ate there, so I went with a Chile Verde burrito (wet) I was immediately impressed, when I closed my eyes I could see mí Abuelita cooking the chile verde and me waiting for it to be done. I’ve since been back a dozen or so times, each time trying something different, and each time equally impressed. I’ve had the opportunity to eat all across this great nation of ours and SP’s ranks very high, and I highly recommend...
