to start off i havnt been to a Sizzler in YEARS. me and my boyfriend decided to give it a try since he has never been to Sizzler and always wants to go. As soon as we walked in around 7pm we stood at the front waiting to be helped for about 5-10mins. a lady in the dining room who was sweeping and talking to customers kept looking at the front and didnt acknowledge us at all or get another employee to help. finally before we go to walk out the door a lady pops out from around the corner finally to help. well taking our order i asked a few questions since i had not been there for a while like "what items are in the salad bar" her response was "everything over there" i asked "what items are over there" she said "whatevers pver there, you could go look". off the bat she wasnt very helpful. so we go to order since my toddler was getting hungry, as we were ordering off the kids menu we got grilled chicken and it says it comes with apples and one side. they did not have apples and the employee laughed when telling us at the register. me and my boyfriend both got steak dinners and asked for well done for our meat. there was two male servers and it was a bit busy but they kept a smiland helped but upon in the kitchen were on their phones showing eachother pictures or something with every little time they could get. i seen nermous times they were on there phone. salad bar looked like they had old food. pudding was melted and noodles for spaghetti were sticky and old. carpets were dirty and booths were torn bad! we finally got our dinners and my babys grilled chicken was still a bit raw, &' our steak dinners were more like medium well than well done. so much pink in our steaks but we decided to just eat and leave and will never come back. 60$ for two meals and a kids meal and for the service and taste it wasnt that great. save your money and id rather eat at texas roadhouse for way better quality and service for the price im...

Sizzler has always been a go-to for birthdays for my family and I. This time, not so much.
Prior to arriving, I did call the store the day before to ask for the prices for the salad bar as well if we could do a birthday surprise with the singing and a special birthday cake. The friendliness of the manager was exceptional, and his customer service was on point even saying they would surprise my son with a birthday surprise.
We went on 10/19/2024 at around 11:30 a.m. for their lunch salad bar and was overcharged for 2 dinner salad bars and a senior salad bar. I'm not a senior, and it definitely was NOT dinner time.
I asked about the birthday special for my son and was told, "Unfortunately, we don't do that."
Our waiter never came back around to us after that and barely picked up any of our finished plates. Maybe they were understaffed, but regardless, the attentiveness was not there.
This time around, we were also severely disappointed at the lack of food options too. There weren't as many food options to choose from as I'm used to and sad the food choices weren't the same.
The remodel was beautifully done. However, the efficiency of being able to get through the salad bar was constantly met with traffic jams. The difficulty to get through the narrow walkways while navigating employees cleaning up/refilling the salad bar made it even more difficult to get through.
I don't plan on coming back, and I would not recommend this establishment to anyone...
Read moreI have dietary restrictions and Sizzler meets many of meal selections. Every time we have come to Sizzler ot has been good until this last time. Most salad bar choices were gone or almost gone. Some were obviously old. The salad dressing I use was down so low I had to choose another. I hope it was a staffing problem as almost all tables were covered with used dishes. No busses in sight. Obviously just finishing from a super busy morning and lunch. I had to grab a waitress to ask where to sit. She directed us to a closed section. Looked like all the tables in that section were cleaned off. However,when we sat down it was apparent tables had not yet been wiped off. I expressed my needs at salad bar be addressed and a clean cloth and disinfectant to wipe our table with. She had to take care of tables before she could address my issues so we sat and waited for another 15 minutes. Finally a different person came and wiped off our table. The person I was at lunch with went to salad bar and filled 2 plates. 1 with salad.1 with hot foods. We finally were able to place our drink and bread orders. I finally was able to go get my salad. Bread did not come. A different waitress came and I told her of no bread being brought and salad bar needing attention. By then my lunch partner was done with his meal and I still hadn't gotten mine. I finally went to get mine only many items still missing. I took what was available. Bread arrived while I was gone. I rushed thru meal. I hope this is not what to expect in future.
