Teriyaki Madness — Restaurant in Visalia

If you want to wait 45 mins or more for just one bowl this is your place. Went there today for 1 reg bowl and waited 45 mins (it would have been longer but I got up and complained and they said there were still 4 orders in front of mine) but I got it faster because I asked. Whenever I asked how much longer it was going to be Natalie asked if I wanted to speak to the manager (a gentleman that was uninterested) and she said they had ran out of free bowl cards so she had to ask him because they were taking so long so the gentleman gave me my food and I left without a free bowl card. When I walked in everyone sitting down didn’t have any food because they were waiting too. The food was good the wait is disappointing. I even told a lady behind me to leave because she wasn’t going to get her food soon. Even people going in to get there online orders had a wait because they had nothing ready. The menu is at a weird angle it’s hard to see so you have to look at some little flyers next to the register. I’ve had this once before in Monterey so my expectations were high. Left not...

First things first, if i make a mistake and I won't pass the responsibility to someone else. I didn't completely verify the amount of veggies on for my side, nor double checked for onions. Thus like a child a had to put my veggies on the side til the end. (I paid, so its okay 😅) Onions and me have a bad relationship so its a personal matter. I ordered the teriyaki steak and white rice, the large bowl. And for some take out i got the orange chicken and "something " noodles. (Forgot the name 😅) The steak was nicely cut and sear ? The delicious texture we all tend to love. 😋 The rice was pretty good, aling with the sauce every bite tasted amazing. The presentation was good in my opinion, sadly i made the mistake of not double checking my veggies but thats a me problem. Overall I think this is a wonderful place to eat something delicious but not overly overwhelming on your stomach... Unless you get 2 bowls... Then that's on you. 🤣 Definitely gonna stop by another day. I was in town doing some errands and needed something delicious to get me back...

First thing first the food is really great first time going in checking it out pretty excited to check it out. Didn’t know what I was trying to order. I kind of just reviewed the whole menu. The first thing that, I was a steak teriyaki when I stepped up to order the food the cashier was really sweet, really polite and really welcoming. Great smile she helped me out on what to get with the teriyaki steak. I just wanted to let you guys know I like my food fresh so idc how long I have to wait for my food to be finish n ready to serve but the wait wasn’t bad…I didn’t wait long for my food to get called up but I order my food to go cuz it gets packed with ppl so when I got home it looked delicious I give the food 10/10 if definitely recommend the place to go eat. I got full just off half a bowl saved it for the next day When I woke up, I didn’t even have to warm it up. I tried it cold and it taste even better to me I would say it’s better than panda but definitely go try for yourself n tell me...
