I usually go to Burger King on a budget, and in a pinch; and typically I leave full, and happy. But yet this location managed to bamboozle me in every single way. It took a total of 15 minutes before the cashier had time to take my order, because she was going between helping drive thru, and staging completed orders, and by the time I was up, the cashier had to walk out in the parking lot looking for somebody they asked to park up. Another employee had to step in, and the people behind me actually left the store; but I wanted my food. So finally I get helped, and lo-and-behold I was short about a quarter on my meal, so in desperation asked if I could just use the quarter sitting on the till that somebody left, and she claimed that they wanted to come back and get it (who does that), but they gave me my meal anyways. I was not happy about this cold shoulder treatment they supplied me with AT ALL, though. So I waited for my food patiently, as I was hungry, came all that way, and didn't want to leave angry, empty handed. After several long minutes (too long for fast food), I finally got my chicken sandwiches. They were COLD D:. Seriously, I wanted to complain but I knew it would have done me no good, so I ate my food in silence, threw my trash away, and walked out the door; only the cashier who served me left in front of me, and obliviously almost let the door hit me on their way out. I don't really expect somebody to hold a door for me, but there's no way they didn't know I was right behind them, and could have had some courtesy to not let it slam behind you in the first place. I will never be going to this location again. They need to do a mass re-hire. I'm not a Burger King fan, but I have my order when I usually go, and it comes out steamy hot, super quick, and I never have to wait in line longer than 5 minutes. Read moreTo start this visit off at the establishment. Originally going through the drive thru, to get burgers and onion rings which were sub par. We were told by the first cashier to go to the next window, to be told to go inside and order because the machine isn't working. Inconvenienced by faulty machines, and the drivethru cashier not taking our order. So we went inside to order our food the cashier adrian was very rude to myself and my father, as paying customers, saying "its fast food bruh, I dont care about your inconvenience". We were not asking for a discount for our inconvenience, we were explaining why we were frustrated the machines didn't work.

Came in to grab a quick bite I couldn't believe the pricing or the quality of the food. After taking a look at my food, I returned to the store to ask for a refund and the "claim to be store manager MIGUEL was even more of a joke when I asked for a refund he denied me my refund and said that's not allowed even though I was returning this disgusting looking food.
