Pam's Donuts and Frozen Yogurt — Restaurant in Vista

These are the greatest donuts in all of existence. They literally melt in your mouth and I believe the term to describe such experiences is “umami”. To top it off the owners and workers seem like some of the nicest people you can come across. I don’t get excited about food places and don’t have tons of money to spend eating out but I’ve been here 6 times in the past 2 months bc I have little boys who can afford the calories. Their doughnuts are my favorite in town! I love it’s easy to access location and even when it’s busy, I’m able to get in and out. If you want a breakfast sandwich, there’s a ton of choices and it’s made fresh. The apple fritters are the best I’ve had. The raisin rolls are delish! The taro boba is my favorite and the boba is made fresh so it’s not chewy like most places. The coffee drinks are good, too. I’m happy that they survived the pandemic. When coming thru this part of town, I enjoy grabbing (not like Trump) a #1 - Bacon, Egg & Cheese, with a Cheddar Cheese Bagel. Very tasty!

UPDATE: I recently had a coconut Boba drink, and was impressed that it wasn't made with powdered coconut (unlike all other places I've been to that serve Boba). Absolutely delicious! And no matter when I swing by, the owners are always very friendly.
