Alabama Sweet Tea Company — Restaurant in Waco

Horrible customer service. We ordered half and half regular and holiday and they gave us all regular. We were all the way across the lawn and into the shop when we realized our tea tasted different. We decided to go back to see if they could top it off with holiday and the woman working the counter acted like we asked for her first born, spoke very rudely, and said “you already drank all of it” and wanted to charge us a full $2 for a refill even though we had only drank about 1/4 of the tea. Terrible customer service seeing as we paid $9 plus $2 for a refill on each tea anyway and our refill was wrong. Alabama Sweet Tea does not fit with Jo Gain’s commitment...

Typically i wouldnt do this. In Waco at Magnolia food truck… the young lady with brown hair had a frown on her face while serving us. I walked away tasted the tea and it was sour. Went back and asked for it to be changed out. She changed it out and i said let me see if this tastes better and she said thus is fresh it was made yesterday. It still tasted sour but i walked away. Should have gotten my money back $10 is a lot for sour tea. We come here often and love their tea. We've never had a problem like we did today. We went to get a refill, it was 4:48pm and they don't close until 5pm. We were turned away saying that they had already closed their registers. The girl was very rude about it and never offered an apology. There were teas still sitting on the counter to be handed out. Very frustrating when you pay $9 for a tea to go and pay $2 for a refill but get greeted...
