"I had the pleasure of visiting Dickey's BBQ for the first time with my wife, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Our cashier, Vinshaun Guy, truly went above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. His friendly demeanor and invaluable recommendations made our dining choices effortless.

I opted for the #3 Pulled Pork Sandwich Combo, and I can confidently say it was the best pulled pork sandwich I've ever had. From the moment I took my first bite, I was transported to a realm of unparalleled flavor and succulence. The pulled pork, tender and juicy, was an exquisite symphony of smoky notes and perfectly balanced spices that danced on my palate.

As I savored each bite, the sauce enrobed the pork with a luscious coating of sweetness and tang, adding a layer of complexity that elevated the sandwich to a level beyond imagination. My wife decided to explore the 3 meat plate, featuring Beef Brisket, Jalapeño Cheddar Kielbasa, and Pork Ribs. She couldn't stop raving about the incredible taste and tenderness of each meat selection.

What truly stole the show, however, were the green beans. My wife was completely enamored by their flavor and texture, declaring them a reason to return to Dickey's BBQ. Vinshaun Guy's guidance and the outstanding quality of the food made this dining experience truly enjoyable.

Placed a Togo order. Man at the counter argued with me about what I ordered. He handed me my food and said to have a good day, I said I ordered two drinks as well. He said you only ordered one. I said no we ordered 2 drinks and showed him the receipt. Went to fill up the drinks and thought to check the food and there was no BBQ sauce. So I asked him to for the BBQ sauce, he said he personally packed the food and it was at the bottom. I said no sir, I ordered 4 more and paid extra for extra sauce. He said it was at the bottom of the bag, again. So I unpacked everything and showed him. He proceeded to hand me two sauces. I said there's should be six. So he handed me two more. I had to tell him again that we ordered 6 sauces and he said , no you ordered 4. Each meal is supposed to come with a sauce tho. I really don't understand why I had to fight to get what we paid for and why he was so argumentative about it. Seemed like his boss was standing right there too and he didn't say a word about it or this man's attitude. I've left negative reviews on this business before because of the poor service and quality of food. The food was fine today but this may have been the last chance this business gets from us. Note for the owner- You personally assured me on Facebook that you were working on bettering this store to bring the service and quality of food back to what people expect of Dickeys. First time getting food from this location. Order was placed online A Baked Potato with meat No cheese, No chives. Butter, sour cream with chopped brisket with sweet sauce . The staff proceeded to fix the order incorrectly twice! I do NOT like cheese on my potato with meat. The meat was too fatty; no sauce was provided as requested. It didn’t look right so I threw it out. I had my adult child pick this up for me; worst experience ever from a Dickeys! They attempted several times to tell my adult child that all potatoes come with cheese even though the order was placed online stating “no cheese” deselected. When you have a choice to remove options from an item that you are paying for; no one should tell you how to eat it. Will never return to this location as customer service is extremity lacking. Very disappointing; thought it would be good due to its high rating but was wrong. Will stick to other restaurants that are more accommodating to a customers selected preferences.
