This Mickey D's location in Baylor is one in a million @ 23:40 on wed., January 13th 2021. First, we are spoken to in spanish.... then he acts as if his coworker couldn't speak english... finally takes our order a #2 all the way w/ large dr.pepper, #4 w/no tomatoes w/large dr.pepper and a regular mcflurry. At the window we are greeted by a tall young man and a short girl with dark hair standing next to him. I assume his shenanigans partner-in-crime. They hand us 2 small dr.pepper's then 2 large ones. We have a dollar burger for our #2 and i told my husband, he said," he would just eat it since my friends food was correct. He would take me to taco bell instead." He literally chose to eat a trash burger, no cheese. Of course, no receipt, the only paper we have was taped to a box and says 'deluxe qtr cheese'... i see that whomever owns this McDonald's doesn't pay attention to customer service or pregnant mothers cravings... if i had a choice of which restaurants i let children run it would definitely only be the ones where playgrounds are, maybe birthday parties to babysit. I won't be going to another McDonald's. I won't have children stealing my food and scamming some downgraded trash off to me just so they can take home free food and it won't be notice in count. Read moreThe owner is unprofessional. I was specifically told to leave after purchasing a breakfast sandwich. I do not know this guy nor am I even from Waco. Maybe he mistaken me for someone else , maybe he had a personal issue that made him want to attack a customer. I was in this restaurant a total of 8 minutes. As I was preparing to leave he approached me and said I needed to leave the restaurant is for customers only. I told him I am a customer and I just finished my sandwich.He then threw up his hands while looking at the table I recently occupied 1 minute prior when eating my sandwich. At that point I realized this is discrimination and an attack on me personally. I also observed other customers in the restaurant that were there prior to my arrival and were not confronted. I believe the appropriate way to approach someone is to ask if they are a customer. At that point I could produce a receipt and show that I picked my order up from the counter 5 minutes prior to this encounter. We are in a world where the customer doesn't matter just the money. This guy June as they pronounced is very unprofessional and out of line. I have a special place in my head for these people He is undeserving of his position. I have to assume as he did with me that he is race-ist person. That's assumptions for ya I do not recommend this...
Read moreJust waited in a long line of cars in the drive thru for over 30 min. Arrived at 10:35 pm, stores closes at 12:00AM. Line went out to the street and blocked the entrance. Cars started to leave the line because it was at a standstill. A couple cars were able to move forward to the windows but others started driving away when they were ignored at the drive thru speaker. The guy in front of me was spoken to, but he also left the parking lot. When I got up to the window, I said hello a few times but got no answer after 5 mins. I finally left after over 30 minutes in line. This is UNACCEPTABLE. If there was any reason the store had to close prematurely, a team member should have come out and put a sign on the order speaker. At the very least they should have told the people who had been waiting in line that they were closed or not serving food. This is one of the only restaurants in this area and the only one that is supposed to be open until midnight. So this level of complete disregard for customers is detrimental to this locations business. This location needs SERIOUS attention and blatant improvement if they want to recover from the many many bad experiences patrons in this...
