Placed mobile order at 7:57. Got to the drive thru line around 8:05. Waited 10 minutes to pull up to the speaker. Told them I was picking up a mobile order. Was instructed to pull to the first window. Got my receipt. Pulled up to the second window. Got drinks. Was told by male manager with green hair “we’re still waiting on your nuggets, but they’re about 2 minutes out so please pull to the mobile order spot and we’ll bring it out” Understandable. Wait about 4 minutes and the person that pulled up before me got their food. Then about 4 minutes later, the person that pulled up after me got their food. Waited 10 more minutes and noticed no more people in the drive thru. Decided to pull back up to the 2nd window and see what was going on. Employees walked by me multiple times and ignored me. I tried gently honking my horn a few times. An employee with a purple shirt made eye contact with me and kept walking by. Finally a car pulled up behind me. Somebody walks up to the window and tells me the total due of their order. I told him I’m waiting on a mobile order and that I was told to pull forward and nothing came out for over 20 minutes. Employee brought me my partial order. I told him I’m still missing items and if I could speak to their manager. I explain to the manager what’s going on, he gets me my fries and just says sorry, we’re understaffed and trying our best. As I’m asking if my foods been waiting back there and cold this whole time, he stares at me and closes the window on my face. I understand being understaffed, but the lack of initiative and professionalism from the manager was just ridiculous. 50 minutes from time of order to finally getting food is insane. Read moreOnly getting 1star cause I can't go any lower. The inside was nasty tables were a mess. The expediter at the front completely ignored a man in a wheelchair the lady that came in waiting to order and the older couple as well. We used the kiosk. I informed them I thought that was going to be the only way the had any help. The lady kept saying excuse me trying to get anyone of the employees attention the guy behind the counter started yelling at her not to yell at him she tried to explain she was only trying to get someone's attention to get some type of direction on where they needed to place the order. But he talked over her still yelling telling her she could wait the guy in the wheelchair left. The cups they gave us I had to ask for need cups because something had been spilled on them and honestly couldn't tell if they picked them up off the ground. We will not be going back there. My son wanted Mc Donald's while we were at Walmart so it would have been convenient next time we will make the drive to a different location. Another guy snapped a picture of the comments or concerns number as well as myself after hearing him screaming at other customers. I called the number but it goes to that store I want a corporate number. That is not how you treat your customers. Customers are the reason you have a job. Read moreI was in line for about 15 minutes before getting up to the order area and was told to go to the second window to place my order. I asked if they couldn't take my order right there and the man said I had to go to the second window. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes uses more, I got to the window. The lady asked me what I had ordered and I explained all of it to her. She said she would take my order but I would need to go to the 3rd window to wait for it. I pulled up to the 3rd window and sat for roughly 35 minutes more and after seeing no one that worked there or any food, I called their phone. Apparently I was forgotten about and had to repeat my order ... again. After about 15 to 20 minutes more, she came with food only it was an incorrect order and had to repeat it again and ask her for our drinks as well. Finally she brings the happy meal and again, the burger was incorrect but at least it was a burger instead of chicken nuggets but the drink was incorrect...kept it anyway at this point. The lady was very apologetic and said she was going to bring us some apple pics because of the trouble that they were going to throw them away anyways...again, she was very apologetic and obviously very frustrated.
