Oh My Juice - Downtown — Restaurant in Waco

It was my first time. I wasn't able to order everything I would have liked because it is not stated to order the cold press juice at least 24 hours in advance as I was told when I placed my order. I was a little down about not being able to try the Fruit of the Spirit because that's what drew me. I didn't let it keep me from ordering because I drove an hour and prepared myself to order a few items. I ordered the Berry Blend Acai Bowl and the Tropics smoothie. It was my first time EVER trying an Acai Bowl, and I absolutely loved the bowl. The smoothie not so much. The consistency was much thicker than expected and preferred. It was also more on the bitter/sour side. I won't make it a whole trip because that's an hour for a small experience. I will be back. I'm not one to write poor reviews but this one kind of has to be done for how pricy it is. I have gotten bowls from Oh My Juice over the course of a few years and intitally (three years ago) the quality was great and the sides generous. Over the past year, the quality has gone down quite a bit, assuming because of COVID, but rather than increase the price and maintain quality, the price has increased and the quality has decreased. The bowls on the Baylor campus and downtown continue to decrease in size, become icier in consistency, and provide liquidy nut butter from a squeeze bottle. I called on Monday to special order 10 -8oz bottles of celery juice , they said they would have it ready early on Tuesday and would call ..by 1pm on Tuesday still no call , so I called the mandy ask if my order was ready , the lady said she didn't gave an order ..and then turned and said there working on it ..call back at 3..I asked if I could add carrots to half the order and she not possible..I as to speak to a manager, she said there wasn't one..and then I caught her in a straight up lie that they hadn't even started my order.. .I am beyond...
