The last three times I’ve been to this McDonalds in the span of 2 weeks my order hasn’t been right. These all occurred with online orders The first time I went inside to pick up my food and they didn’t give me my drink. No big deal, I’ll just wait until someone comes back up to the front to ask for it. 20 minutes went by and no one came up to the front. I watched the girl who gave me my order take my drink and move it somewhere else. I waited inside for probably 20 minutes before I decided to just get in the drive thru to ask for it. It took 30 minutes from the time I got to the speaker to the window to get my drink. I totally understand the wait times if it’s at rush hour, and/or if they’re understaffed. I just feel like it shouldn’t be this hard to get my drink The second time I did curbside. The same girl brought me my food and didn’t give me my drink. So I go inside, another girl comes up and I tell her I just needed my drink. She was really nice and apologetic about it. But I could see her ask the original girl where the drink was, and she knew where it was! I don’t know if it’s a coincidence that it happened twice, or if she really just wants peoples drinks. Anyways, tonight I go through the drive thru. I give them my code, I get to the window, which took around 40 minutes mind you. The guy at the window was nice and apologized for how long the wait was. I pulled forward and looked in my bag and realized they messed up my order. I ordered the filet-o-fish, and they gave me a chicken nugget meal.I even used my rewards points for that :( I didn’t even bother going in or going back in line again because I knew it would take another 30-45 minutes and it’s not worth the hassle over a sandwich from McDonald’s. I just can’t keep coming here if I’m constantly ordering online and still waiting 30+ minutes every time, no matter if I’m going in, going through the drive thru, or parking. And not only that but either not getting my complete order, or getting the wrong thing. In my opinion, you can tell majority of the staff are trying their best, they all look like young teenagers, so I’m not trying to get upset at them, I know how it is. Order Accuracy: Unfortunately, my recent experience involved multiple errors with my order. The requested extra spicy sauce was missing, replaced with mayonnaise which I did not order. Additionally, a children's milk included in the meal was also absent.
Communication Breakdown: My initial attempt to clarify the missing spicy sauce resulted in the order being verbally communicated to the kitchen, instead of input directly into the system. Upon discovering the mistake, I then had to wait for further assistance inside the restaurant.
Wait Time: Resolving the order issues extended the overall visit time to half an hour. Suggestions for Improvement:
Double-Checking Orders: A system of confirming order details, especially customizations, could help to ensure accuracy.
Direct Order Entry: Encouraging staff to directly input orders into the system, instead of relying solely on verbal communication, could minimize errors.
Customer Service: Having a designated staff member readily available to address customer inquiries within the restaurant would improve the overall experience.

More terrible service - sat at the drive up speaker in lane 1 while they took orders in lane 2 like I wasn't even there. When I asked them why they were taking orders from people that I should be in front of they said they had a new person that screwed up. So once again they openly admit incompetence like "yeah we're sorry we know we don't know what we are doing - have a nice day!" I mean they aren't even embarassed that they are clueless.
Another drive thru screw up third time. Ordered sausage mcmuffin with egg got a sausage mcmuffin, but paid the full price, girl taking my order asked me if I wanted cheese on it - it comes with cheese duhhh. 3 strikes you're out. Thanks because your food is overpriced anyway.
Drive through incredibly slow and running very badly this morning. I sat in line 1 waiting to place an order while they took 3 orders in line 2.
