Burger King — Restaurant in Wake Forest

LITERALLY THE WORST BK EVER! I have lived in the area for 3 years. Its the most convenient to our home in Wake Forest but I promise I will NEVER step foot in this restaurant again. Today Wed 1/25/23 at 1pm I pull into drive thru and I am told the drive through computer is down and to come in to order. Its pouring rain and I have my mother and 3 small babies in car. So, I go in even though I see two other cars already waiting in line for drive thru. I go in and there is literally 3 people working, I see NO food being cooked or up waiting to be served. The cashier never says a word when myself and another person is waiting. She keeps looking at drive thru person, so I ask if I can order. She CANNOT take my order becasue the drive thru is taking order on her cash register. So great, im nice and do as im asked and go in then I am waiting on the drive thru. Then the manager, who is asking someone else what they would like to order on drive thru, starts yelling in Spanish, everyone of them starts laughing as I ask, why did they tell me to come in and they are taking orders, she said well could come in or not. I literally just walk out and go to the BK in gateway commons. This restaurant went from bad, to worse, to the WORST!! The food is always nasty and the workers attitudes are consistently absolute garbage. Rude, inconsiderate and totally UNPROFESSIONAL! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS OLACE AGAIN!! ALSO, these fake 5 star reviews clearly are planted. They need to shut this place down, I have yet to see this restaurant staffed with competent managers, employees for years!! I would bet money the owners are paying for these 5 star reviews just to stay open. There is no way these...

The customer service at this location sucks. Ordered whooper with cheese, well got back to work and guess what,,, NO CHEESE, Called location, got Fax machine, called two more times, line busy. Called 4th time and talked to manager about the what I paid for and what I got. Explained it to him, he says hold on a second, 3 minutes later another manager picks up, female this time. She asked me what my issue was,,, REALY?!?!?!?!? Why am I on hold for 3 minutes and then you come to the phone and ask what's wrong, the other MANAGER should have explained the issue with the order not just send you in blind. I explained the issue with what I paid for and what I got, she then says hold on, puts the phone down, again 2-3 minute hold. A 3rd Female comes to the phone and states she is a manager, guess what, she asked me what the problem was again, I lost it, told her I will just drive down and get my money back. I will not patronize this location on Capital BLVD in Wake Forest, next to KFC again. Shouldn't have to check your order every time you visit...

This BK is moving up on my list from where it used to be around 2-3 stars. They’ve executed well twice now with mobile orders and having the order ready and accurate. The food has been good too with decent service. The interior has been refreshed and it is usually not very crowded.

Where this BK stands out is the play area. It was closed for a long time with COVID measures, but has been reopened as of Aug22. There is a very large and spread out eating area and a multi-level play set that my two kids love. Honestly, it’s probably more elaborate and fun than many of the playgrounds in the area and because it is in a separate area from the main restaurant, you can let your kids play with out as much concern for disturbing other...
