I made an online order for coffee and donuts for my team at work. Everything was fine up until 5 minutes before my order was finished being prepared and I was turning into the parking lot when I got a notification from the app that “something went wrong with my order” and it completely disappeared. As if I had never placed it to begin with. I had been tracking the status of my order for 20 mins on the app. It even told me when they were preparing it. I went into the store to ask about it and there was a bunch of teenage girls inside talking and laughing with each other. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. I stood at the register for a good minute or two while they all just stood there and stared at me then went back to joking around with each other. Finally one of the kids asked if I needed something. I told her what happened and she basically dismissed me and went back to playing around. No one apologized. No one offered to take my order. No one did anything. You need to put an adult in this store. I couldn’t even tell who the manager was because they all acted like children playing around at a park after school. I’ve been a retail manager for over 20 years. This behavior is not acceptable. These kids should be held accountable for their poor customer service and lack of care. I emailed the corporate office but never heard back. Joke of a donut...
Read moreThis was the most unprofessional group of people on a Sunday at 230pm/10/9/2022. Drinks sitting in drive thru 15, one was made wrong and was asked for it to be corrected the girl didn't want to and clearly stated on the label what should have been, then the one boy was asked to handle drive-thru and didnt want to other girl had to and didn't know what people ordered. Then, they were arguing over who was going to fill the ice bin cause it was out and girl was making drinks just letting them sit there cause the kid wasn't filling ice fast enough, she went and got a pitcher with ice as the shot of espresso was dead cause wasn't completed drink. The people in the lobby with me were waiting I finally told them to make the drinks stop talking and get moving. Another kid comes out from back his pants hanging to see yellow boxers, still trying to figure out who is doing what, absolute no guidance from anyone that was a manager. Assistant or Supervisor. When you apply for a CS position that is what you need to represent at all times. Smile, greet, and provide service, your day will go much better when you have a customer connection. It I could give a negative number for...
Read moreI’m visiting from out of town and whomever works the 2pm shift. Shame on you. There was a young Caucasian man who looked high while working and a young African American girl that was the rudest service worker I have ever encountered. Immediately in the drive through was off to a rough start. Her first greeting was rudely saying, “you can order”. No, “how can I help you?” Then my husband orders and she says, “ok pull up” in a very rude tone. She seemed to be a shift lead when we got to the window. When I asked for her managers name she hesitantly told me and when I asked for hers she no joke, rolled her eyes and in the most condescending tone said, “have a nice day” and slammed the door closed. I have worked coffee service jobs and never in my wildest dreams would I have ever spoken to a customer that way. If I were the store manager she’d either be re-trained or fired. I am not one to write a review like this but this girl is the most disrespectful service worker I’ve ever witnessed. I don’t know how she allows herself to act so poorly. It’s truly disgusting and disappointing. I will NEVER...
