BUYERS BEWARE: Enter this Subway shop at your own risk! A shameful and a despicable experience. I had a coupon for one footlong sub of ANY KIND OF SUB for $5.42 excluding the drink. I wanted to order the Reuben Sub, but the 2 employees claimed I can't use the coupon for the Reuben, which is absurd because the coupon didn't exclude the Sub of the Month. So they drove me to order the regular sub. I ordered extra supplements including a drink, then they claimed the coupon is invalid for the footlong, and tried to overcharge me to pay over $9.00, and gave me smarmy remark to use the coupon for some other time. BULLCRAP! Those 2 employees ought to be fired or reprimanded for misconduct. This is false advertising and abusive customer service. I don't know what I did to have such a cruel, humiliating experience, but this sort of business malpractice needs to be reported. Bait & Switch is an unethical business practice, and the management of Subway should be held accountable for this morally deprived behavior. Save your money for Jersey Mike's or a locally-owned sandwich shop or any other restaurant operated by owners that invest in real employees over investing in filthy-talking rats in dirty uniforms. Read moreIt's a decent subway. Depending on who is working that day and what their mood is like you may receive great service. Today I was a bit dissatisfied because they have the garlic cheese bread promotion and I chose to get that but with the chicken bacon ranch ingredients. This is basically the only sandwich I get which usually comes with the chicken, bacon, cheese and ranch dressing. The cheesy garlic bread is an additional cost which I dont mind. But they didn't put the cheese that comes with the chicken bacon ranch so I asked them and they said it would be an additional charge but I dont understand that when it always comes with it. They explained it was because I got the cheesy garlic bread but I already had to pay an additional fee for that. So I dont understand how you can tell me I owe more. Needless to say the actual person who made my sandwich (not the person going back and forth with me) rang me up without charging for the cheese. I've worked in restaurants for over 7 years and don't understand that policy. It's just cheese give the customer the cheese and move on. Don't make the experience unpleasant which can risk...
Read moreWell first off, we haven't been here in at least 6 months because our last visit. This time we expected different people working but, just happened to be the same people. After my husband, our two kids and I got our food to sit down the girl told us and I quote " ma'am we are about to close in like 5 mins." To be honest I would have sat there at least until 10, considering their website says open till 10pm. Also the girl was not wearing a hair net, I would have left right then if I didn't have my children with us. Also they didn't even clean where they make the subs. They wiped down the counters, sprayed the bread and did something with the tea containers this took all of about 3 mins.. The played on their phone's and talked the rest of the time we were there, we left about 9.25. They walked out the door right after us, without wiping our table down and put the high chair up, also without wiping it down. I will never go back to this subway. And if I had other causes then what I have I would push for the you'd man and girl...
